These shoes fit well and were comfortable, but they don't seem to be made for heavy use. I wore them periodically for a few months - nothing strenuous, just for casual work or Saturdays - and then wore them on a week's trip to Paris. After a few days, the upper part of the sides started flapping a bit. I was surprised to see it wasn't stitched down there, which accounts for it. It didn't affect the function or comfort of the shoe, but it made it look sloppy and was a bit of a let-down.

It is truly a miracle when a shoe fits my foot comfortably right out of the box. These did just that. They offer good support and understated style, and in a sea of neon circus shoes, a nice muted shade of blue. I wear an 8.5, not an 8, not a 9, and the 39 is a perfect fit.

I have slightly wide feet, so I'm always unsure if an Ecco shoe (which frequently runs narrow) will fit, but these fit perfectly and are the most comfortable sneakers I've owned for a while. I like the way the sole fans out to provide a wider, stable platform that feels very secure. Plus, they are an attractive shoe. The bluish purple color is surprisingly versatile, and they do add a retro look when worn with flares.

Love the look of these sneakers. I am planning to wear them on vacation when I will be doing quite a bit of walking. I have owned several pairs of ECCO footwear. I haven't been disappointed yet.

Great right out of the box!

Sizing was larger than my other Ecco sneakers. Might have been okay however, with the wider heel base and toe room, shoe felt heavy and clunky. I really liked the style, and felt like a very solid, well-made shoe, so was very disappointed to have to return them.

The shoe came worn and in a plain box. I returned them as I paid full price for a used gym shoe. Disappointed because they were cute and comfortable.

I walked miles in Paris and other parts of France in these. They are so supportive and comfortable. They run just a touch large, but not enough so that I had to size down. Good for my narrow-ish foot. Supportive without tons of cushion which I don’t like in a shoe.

These are going to be just the ticket for an upcoming trip to Greece which will involve lots of walking on uneven surfaces. Comfy, stable and actually cute!

These shoes are so cute - classic, but not boring. Unfortunately they were a little too narrow for me, so I sent them back. I was super bummed as I really liked them! Enough cushion, but not too over the top.

I absolutely love the look of these shoes but the sole is incredibly heavy duty. It’s like walking barefoot on hardwood in your shoes. Not only is there no give or comfort on the sole but the shoe itself is actually quite heavy. It’s heavier than my combat boots. Love the look but these are my everyday shoes so I need comfort over aesthetics. If these were just for fun occasions then I’d love them!

Lovely leather on these Eccos, but that's about it. I do have wider feet across the toes, so I didn't really expect this Medium width to work - tho a salesman at an Ecco store told me over the phone they surely would. I'm not at all impressed with the insole & lack of cushion, either. These felt firm and not comfy underfoot. If you get the length right, there's still quite a bit of empty space in the front with the pointy toe shape.

These were really cute but I could barely get my foot in the shoe. The leather was really tight and I realized once I got my foot in the shoe, it would be super uncomfortable to walk in them. Had to return them.
