Bought wide but this shoe is narrower than all the other golf shoes bought from New Balance.

Had to return first pair, bought regular size. Had to buy one full size up for good fit. Ok golf shoe on foot, haven't played yet.

I ordered size 13 golf shoes 4E width. They were marked 4E but were much narrower than 4E wide so I had to return. That process could not have been easier and faster. Kudos for that but raspberries for width not as advertised.

My only complaint about the Contend Golf Shoe is the "drop" from the heel to the toe. I would rather the heel be at or slightly about the same height as the toe area. Otherwise a very comfortable shoe with the Fresh Foam foot bed.

I use these and another pair of New Balance running shoes a lot.

I like these shoes a lot. They are very comfortable; especially for my wide feet. However, they are not waterproof. Whenever I play a round in wet or morning dew conditions my socks are wet afterwards. Not a deal breaker for me, but may be for others.

Purchased Extra Wide 11.5 golf shoes, the widest they make. I am typically a 11.5 x 3E. Shoes are very stylish and are good quality workmenship I like them a lot but, they tend to be a little tight on the width. Okay to wear for a riding round of 18 holes but, my feet were sore after walking 18 holes. Hoping they will stretch out over time for more comfortable walk.

This shoe is comfortable and I love the fact they come in wide and extra wide sizes for people with wide/flat feet like myself. I have had severe foot/ankle injuries in the past and I'm on my feet for 8 hours a day and these shoes allow me to do my job without a ridiculous amount of pain.

I have played spikeless golf shoes for 5+ years, and it was time for an upgrade. Having worn non-golf New Balances in the past, I was curious to see how their legendary comfort would translate to the course. The first pair I purchased in my size were the standard width, and they were okay for walking 9 holes but I could tell there would be some hot spots and maybe blisters after 18. I returned and exchanged them for the wide width and have been perfectly satisfied with the fit, traction, and performance. The only thing keeping these from a 5 star review is that they are not waterproof. After spending most of my last round in the rough (20 hdcp), the insoles were a little damp in the toe box. No issue in the summer, but may be a problem in the spring/fall.

I walk when I play. The shoes are very supportive and fit well. Could use more cushioning for big guys.

NB did not have my size in ANY model of their softball shoes with turf soles. None. So I bought a golf shoe with turf sole for softball. We'll see how they hold up while being used in an unintended manner.
