The stiff plastic toe separator was so unforgiving that the shoes are not wearable without pain. Not fit for the purpose intended.

Like these but prefer the narrow which it seems Birkenstock is doing away with. The new items say regular or wide. Bring back the narrow width please

Agree with others—the toe part felt tighter than my other sandals. I was mostly disappointed because the color of the actual sandal was far darker than the photos and also the buckle did not totally meet. Felt like the quality of these was lower than my typical expectation from Birkenstocks and it'll be a return for me!

These Birkenstock fit exactly as expected I did get the 6-61:2 (37) as I know they cut shoes a larger. I normally wear a 7. The color and style are perfect. Just trying to soften up piece between the toes. It will happen.

These are a really comfortable stylish shoe. The braid adds a little flair to the style and the leather is very soft in this color with no break-in period. I have this style in another color and the shoe is comfortable, but the leather isn't as soft and I've had to wear them around the house to get a comfortable fit. These do run a little large, and I probably could have sized down but am fine with the extra room in front.

Love the updated look of these sandals. Love the adjustable strap. My only issue is the “thong” portion is tighter than my other sandals. Hopefully, it will loosen up. Love these shoes though. I got the blue which is a pretty soft color.

I have a narrow foot and used to wear these Gizeh's in Narrows when those were offered. I ordered a regular width expecting them to be too wide but they fit really well! So... that means for those with wide feet, you might need to make sure to get a wide width? In terms of length, I wear a women's 8 and ordered the 38 in these and they're perfect. As for looks, I think this braided version looks more elegant, in my opinion, then my old pair of Gizehs. So happy to have them! Note... if you've never worn Birkenstocks before, don't purchase these and expect to wear them all day at first. The sole is stiff at first and needs breaking in. I wear them around the house a little at a time, then more often, until after a couple weeks they feel great and I'm ready to wear them out in the world. Hope this review helps!

I actually really like these Birkenstock shoes ? own a pair 30 years ago, but the style is so unique now. Goes with all my denim attire. Doesn’t run true to size, best to order a size up

The fit is as expected for a pair of Birkenstocks. They take some time to break in. I own several pair so this was not a surprise. I love the blue color and the braid on top makes them cute and femenine. They look especially cute with my blue toe nail polish. I can't wait to wear them!

The strap across the foot is a bit too far into my ankle. I almost returned them but after two wears it’s getting better. They are super cute with the braids.

This is my second pair of Gizeh’s, my first braided. They’re exceptionally comfortable, straight out of the box. The fit is perfect. I’ve found buckling them snuggly so there’s no wiggle room, provides the best fit. I wear a women’s 11 or 42 in Birkenstocks.

These Gizeh sandals fit exactly like all my previous Gizeh sandals fit. I’ve worn the Gizeh style for at least 20 years. They have always been a bit more narrow than Birkenstock regular width sandals.

Fit like all of my other Birks, I have had in the past several years maybe 30 or more. I really like the braiding on the thong.

Love the Gizeh style and thought the braid design would be a nice style update but the braided strap hurt the top of my right foot. Normally these are comfy right out of the box. So was surprised and sadly had to return.

Love this sandal! Very cute, great color leather (Cognac). The Gizeh style is very comfortable for my foot and does of course offer excellent arch support. Just be aware that the braid on some sandals may not lie flat - the first pair I ordered was a bit uncomfortable, the second pair was perfect.

Love this blue color. So nice to have a different style Birkenstock. As always the comfort is amazing.

The sandal is absolutely adorable but the part that goes in between your toes is hard plastic. This was really surprising to me since the rest of the shoe is gorgeous leather. The rest of the shoe will break in overtime but the hard plastic won't. Seemed really strange since they were $140. I cannot justify keeping them so I am returning them. Really wish all the materials were all made out of the leather so that it was comfortable but that hard plastic peice really hurts and that was just trying them on. Cant imagine what it would feel like walking any length of distance.

Absolutely love the fuchsia color! I would love them even more if they were the Big Buckle style but these are really cute. Comfy and I look forward to a lot of wear out of these.

I love these sandals. The dusty blue color is beautiful. Fit just like my other Birkenstocks.

Really love the look of these sandals. A freshened version of the old reliable. I do think it feels more tight between the toes than the previous versions. Hoping it just needs to be worn a little more. Still really happy with them. Love the adjustable strap as always.

I love these shoes! The braid gives them a dressier more feminine look. The silver buckles and toe post are beautiful against the black leather.

Breaking in the sandle between the toes. Length was good, but the width was a smidth too narrow. Love the style and color for Summer.

Love the look but very uncomfortable between the toes

This shoe did not fit my feet well because the material between the toes hurt and hindered my walking considerably. I liked the color, I liked the material but could not wear them because they made my toes sore between them.

"thong" area between toes was painful right away! OUCH.
