This boot seemed ok at first but it's a full half size larger in length. I wear a 11.5 in running shoes, 42N in Birkenstocks and 11 in most other brands/shoe models. My feet are slightly narrow and I have a long first toe. They're comfortable but I have about 1/2" of boot hanging off in front and it's too late to return them so I'm wearing big socks and clomping around town. The quality is good and the feel is comfy...they're just too big.

I was unable to put my foot into these boots. I wanted to love them because I love Sam Edelman shoes but it was impossible to slip my foot into the small opening.

This boot fit perfectly when I tried them on and I didn't have to stretch it or worry about blisters! It is extremely versatile and can be worn with nice slacks or jeans. A very comfortable boot.

Perfect Chelseas! TTS and really comfy. The square toe adds just enough style to elevate a staple. The quality is beautiful. Exactly what I was looking for, they are my new go to.

width fits fine but the length was much longer than my other shoes @same size. Looked like I was wearing a 10 1/2 not 9 1/2- can't order smaller because then it would be too tight on width

Was going to go with a 10.5 but since the reviews said they ran big, I listened. LOVE them. I can wear with my self-designed lace and multi-patterned dresses. They are indeed hard to put on. But I will deal with it. Very good quality. Supa fast shipping. The shoes will be parfait with pastel chiffon and even black lace. *heart emoji*

lovely boot, a bit hard to pull on, but generally very good looking and overall comfortable. Size down 1/2 a size in this model, I'm a size 8 1/2 in boots and I actually felt like there was plenty of room in the size 8 pair that I bought, tho I personally don't need to wear thick socks, given our mild CA climate.

Good quality leather. Buy your true size. The leather will mold to your feet after a few wears. I normally wear size 7.5 but bought the 8 because I wanted to wear them with socks but now I realized I should have bought my regular size.
