Just bought 3L, so my usage is limited. Overall I'm fairly impressed with the build quality and ergonomic, practical features. I'd give 5/5 stars if the front zipper didn't get caught on the fabric so much with only an F3 side, which it can accommodate with plenty of extra space.

Purchased a few months ago, I'm not a pro photographer but a vlogger. I found this handy to store vlogging setup for on the go action. It was bashed around at Disney and it kept all my bits nice and safe. I used it quite a lot in waist mode and found the strap easy to lengthen to remove etc. not 5 stars though as I had to think of another option to carry a water bottle. This really needs a clip that hooks onto a bottle or an extension pouch to hook onto the bottom anchor points.

Even the 3L was a tad too big for me (I'm 157cm) to sit on my body, but overall it fits everything I need so it's technically perfect! The insert sleeve that divides the main compartment was a bit hard to fold into the shape I wanted at first so you'd have to move it around a few times. Right now I have two point-and-shoot cameras and will be eventually upgrading but it fits films, my personal items and the cameras. Very durable and love the colour!

Nice design for adjusting inside compartment or sectioning off. Sturdy zippers and strong straps. Not ideal to put anything to hang on the bottom of the bag. Maybe something light as a single use raincoat or very small and compact umbrella.

This bag is great. Its comfy, not smallish and well protected. Based on the design there is not a lot of space inside of the bag but for me that is ok since it forces to choose what I want to carry on my day. The only drawback is the quick adjuster thingy. When loosening up it works great but when trying to tight it up it only goes up to a certain point and to fully tight it is a little bit more complicated. Not a big issue for me but if someone wants it super tight to their body they will struggle.

This bag is versatile with straps at bottom for both umbrella or tripod for travel. Ability to wear the smaller versions as sling or fanny bag and strap for luggage sleeve. Please make a feminine friendly color in the smaller of the two bags. You have a bone color in your tech pouch. A medium tan or khaki in a bag as well as your slide straps would be amazing. As to not show dirt easily but be softer looking for women!

As the title they're really good products but compared with bags of the same capacity, the appearance is too large.

Great looking bag with comfortable easy to adjust strap. Nice design features such as the stretch fabric around the opening that keeps things from falling out when you open bag. Have not used much yet but it has quickly become my go to bag.

Purchased the 6L for an upcoming trip to carry my camera and other essentials. Pros: Roomy, easily accessible pockets. Durable material. Build quality it very good. Looks great. Tons of adjustability in the straps. Cons: The large internal stretchy pockets do nothing more than get in the way as they're too loose against the inside of the bag and get caught on whatever you're putting in the bag. Very difficult to take tablet out of tablet pocket with anything in the bag. A separate zipper for this pocket would make a world of difference. Does not hold a FF DSLR and 70-200 lens as advertised. Even the hangtag says DSLR + 24-70mm.

This review is for the 10L sling bag. I have several products (at least 10) by PD. I ordered this bag for a 6 hour event with two Canon R cameras, a sigma 70-200mm and a sigma 24-70 with batteries, a v mount battery, an IFAK, canon flash, hoods. It held everything but the 24-70 mm setup, but that was fine for me as I was always shooting with one or the other camera. Zero snags on guests, chairs, doorways. I was wearing a leather coat as well. I also use this bag for EDC and storing other things is a really great bonus outside of work. The new compartments are very strong and clean and dextrous. The downside comes from the fact that it's a sling. A sling carried for more than a few hours at a time will turn into severe soreness the next day. This bag was no different. This is partly my fault because if I were hiking and shooting for that long, I would have a backpack, not a sling. No complaints beyond that. The 10L isa great middle ground between the backpack and the small duffle.

I've been using the 10L Sling for about a year now, and I have a love/not love relationship with it. So here it goes: LOVE how it's a comfortable pack to carry my camera gear, LOVE the asthetic, LOVE that I feel the insides are protected from basic daily stuff. But I DO NOT like the main zipper compartment having a "overhang" on the laptop sleeve- it makes getting my computer (a 14" MBP) really tricky if there's stuff in the bag. I DO NOT like that the upper inside zipper pocket is super small and barely useful. I DO NOT like that a full pack compresses the outside pocket that it becomes extremely difficult to access it. I really hope PD works to fix these issues so I can be forced to pay more money for a good bag. ;)

I wanted a minimalist, low-profile laptop bag for work. I strongly dislike traditional messenger/briefcase bags as they are too big and bulky. The 10L sling is exactly the look I want; however, function could be slightly improved. The zipper for the outer pocket is not easily accessible on the fly, and I would strongly prefer a key loop on that outer pocket. I also wish the bag had a little more 'give' as I find it difficult to maximize the space given the shape. Overall, the bag fits my needs - laptop, small notebook, sunglasses, wallet, keys, pens, earbuds and a light jacket (or small lunch).

I bought the 3L sling back in September to visit theme parks and take my camera. The build quality and design are superb, i can fit a Sony a6700 with two prime lenses and a zoom lens, which is crazy for the size of the bag. The only complaints I have are that the color black (which I chose) isn't great for thermals as it heats up pretty quickly. The other one is that the fabric is kinda abrasive. I carried the sling while wearing a cotton shirt and at the end of the day I could notice considerable degradation on my shirt, like if it had months of being used and washed. Just be mindful of the clothes you rub against its fabric and I think you'll be great.

Got this as a replacement from the V1 that I used to own. Overall still packs a punch - it keeps the same volume of items as before except that I prefer the more boxy shape and it seems to hold a little more than this one.

I bought the 6L everyday Sling in blue. The color is terrific. The space distribution inside the bag is perfect for my needs, and allows enough flexibility that I can use it for multiple purposes. The only negative thing I have to say about this bag is that the space intended for a tablet is stiff and has a curve that doesn't really allow me to feel comfortable pushing the space to its intended limit of an 11 inch tablet. I use that space instead for a kindle

Great quality, you can tell it's very well made! I can find my fujifilm xt20 with two lenses that are 3" long. The opening is not as easy to access as I'd like and the front pocket is basically useless which is why I have it 4 instead of 5 stars

I got a V2 6L Sling as a replacement for my V1 5L Sling. Overall, I like V2 and it is a good replacement, but there are two design features of V2 that were changed from V1 but I wish they haven't. First is already mentioned in several other reviews -- that the main compartment zipper is partially blocked when Capture Clip is attached on the side strap. V1 did not have this problem (see pic) because the zipper did not run all the way to the bottom on the side. And yet the opening was wide enough that I never wished the zipper would go all the way down. Second is the position of the top handle. In V1 it was stitched on the top side of the bag, closer to the center and thus balanced. In V2, the handle is stitched at the top of the side panel (back side), thus feels off-balanced when held with items inside the bag. Neither are deal-breaker IMO, but because these were not an issue in V1 I wish they were kept in V2 design.

I bought the 6L to use as a daily sling and also as a small personal item for travel. Pros: - Its a beefy little bag, with just enough padding that I don't worry about whatever tech I am carrying for the day. - The outside cleans up easily. - The included dividers are great for stowing spare lenses, and pretty good as general purpose organizers. - Quite comfortable and easy to adjust. - Works great with the capture clip. This is my new favorite way to carry a camera, hands down. Cons: - Water resistant is nice, but waterproof would be better. As a cycle commuter in a place where it rains a lot, there are going to be months where this bag is less useful. - The padding means that the bag takes up a lot of space in other luggage, and it does not collapse down completely. It works as a camera bag inside the travel backpack, though, so this isn't a deal breaker. - The origami dividers seem to be aimed at DSLRs. No matter how I arrange them, my mirrorless winds up rattling around a bit. This also means it takes up more space than necessary, which is a minor annoyance since the bag is already pretty snug. - My iPad does technically fit in the rear sleeve, but it can't easily be accessed when also packing along a camera.

I've had this since 2017 and loved using it extensively, almost daily since Covid. It has a lot of space and the materials are premium. However, unfortunately the zipper ripped. I was quite surprised to see it start to fall apart and was gutted. NOT TO WORRY though, I got in touch with PD and they replaced it with a new one after seeing pictures. Problem solved and appreciate the prompt and very kind response. These days, honouring Lifetime Warranty is more and more difficult to come by. I look for those types of products because normally they last forever and they are backed by great service. With PD this definitively applied!

I bought the Everyday Sling in 6L - I am a professional wedding photographer but I wanted a bag that I could take with me for every day use without bringing all my gear or a huge backpack, i.e. a theme park with the family, just a day around the city, etc. I have to say that fitting my Canon R6 + 2 lenses is a TIGHT squeeze and it will fit nothing else. I could have bought the larger bag but that defeats the purpose of an "every day" bag. The front zip pocket I find difficult to open. Overall, I would realistically use this bag to fit 1 body + 1 lens and my phone and small wallet but nothing else. I do like the bag, love the ash color and the aesthetic of it. I just wish it wasn't so much of a tight squeeze and that the pocket in the front was a little roomier (i.e., large enough for a phone and car keys? It's so slim I could only fit a credit card). So if you're looking to tote around 2+ lenses definitely size up. For 1 lens + 1 body, the 6L should do.

In general, the 6L sling, like all Peak Design products, is wonderfully constructed with quality materials. On that point, it definitely hits the mark. In terms of functionality, it feels like Peak Design missed a few opportunities to turn this from a good everyday sling bag into a great one. The most noticeable missed opportunity is the front side zip pocket, which was designed with insufficient overall volume which makes it less useful as a pocket you can easily slip things in and out of. It works for that purpose, but it's a bit of a pain to squeeze your hand in and out of the pocket. Also, Peak Design should have considered adding an internal key lanyard like they have on some of their other bags. In general, it feels like Peak Design could have added more overall functional space by making this a 7-8L bag vs a 6L bag and maybe even getting creative on how to stow a water bottle somewhere on the outside of the bag.

Quality is great, and size too. I use it as my daily driver but the access its a bit quirky, I pack an ipad mini and a Nikon Z5 with the 40mm f2 lens and its a bit hard to take it in and out.

I had the 6L originally which was great to sue for daily carry but need a bit more space for a laptop or tablet. The 10L is a great bag to use although there are some issues with the one I received. The first issue is that it leans and falls forward either empty or full. The other issue is that the front zipper has a bend which makes the zipper fold outwards which with me having OCD it bugs me. Everything else is good about the bag except the litter imperfections that bugs me because of my OCD.

I've been using the 6L as my every day bag for about 3 weeks now. The construction feels solid. Registering for the warrantee was difficult as the tag is part way in the small front pocket - I had to shove my phone in to take a photo. I like how easy it is to fold down the origami dividers when I want to bring a camera along and they hold up well. So far my only issue is the strap release "lock" isn't very secure and the strap can pull out and readjust even if it's in the closed position.
