Obviously a great runner. Just what you expect from saucony but my reason for buying this shoe was for crossfit. Metacons and Nanos are great for in the gym but when it comes to the run they are terrible but not the freedom. they are good in they gym and as a runner. I still wear my metacons form time to time but only on power lifting days any other time its the freedom.

This is the perfect shoe if you like to run and lift weights. I have a pair of CrossFit for shoes that I use for weight lifting, but they're terrible for running. I also have a pair of Brooks running shoes, but they are too foamy for casual weight lifting. These shoes are perfect. They stable and have enough flexibility to run with ease. Buy them. You won't be disappointed.

Used to run in the freedom versions one to three. Three I found the upper didn't keep your foot secure enough. Reviews scared me away from the four. Version 5 is awesome. Much better upper with this one and more cushioning than kinvara. Love the 4mm drop.

Sad to hear Saucony has discontinued the Freedom model. The Kinvara are too squishy and Ride are too supportive. The new Freedom model is basically a gym shoe, at an overpriced rate. Definitely will look for an alternative make/model now that Freedom is discontinued.

I usually wear a men’s 11 & 1/2 but ordered a men’s size 12. I have issues with my toes hurting when a running shoe is too tight across the toes, but the 12 fit perfectly so I’m glad I sized up half a size. Very comfortable and look sharp too!

So happy with this purchase! I am a 71 year old sprinter and pole vaulter. These have been the best pre competition/warmup shoes I have ever worn!
Get you some!!

These are my absolute favorite shoes for OrangeTheory workouts!! Super comfortable for running but very stable and supportive for the weight floor. It took me two years and a lot of different attempts but I’ve finally found the perfect shoe!

Love this shoe. I like the color, the style, and the fit. Slips on my foot like a glove. Well constructed, with lots of support. Well worth the money.

First pair of Sauconies in years. Not running as much as I used to. Started doing Orange Theory classes. These are perfect shoes for that kind of work out.

I have to constantly get new running shoes due to bad feet, saucony has never failed me. These are no exception, I just completed a couple miles run yesterday wearing these and had no issues whatsoever.

Bought these for my senior cross country season, and they did not disappoint. In fact, two other varsity team members train in them as well. I currently have over five hundred miles on these shoes (nearing the end of their life) and they are showing very few signs of wear. They are suitable for both long runs (I've done up to a half marathon in them), and shorter speed work. I previously trained in shoes that couldn't hold my wide feet when cornering, and this pair fixed the problem immediately with lots of support on the edges of the soles. In addition to being super comfortable, they look good and I definitely recommend these shoes to anyone looking for a slightly more affordable shoe.

This pair of shoes is absolutely amazing if you like something light and breathable without too much cushion. I have smaller ankles then normal. My achilles tendon/back of ankle is very slim there is absolutely no heel lift in these whatsoever

This is my 6th pair of freedoms. Great neutral shoe that I generally get 450-500 miles out of.

Good running shoes for accumulating the miles during training. These fit well and have some spring without the carbon fiber or plastic plate.

I use this shoe for short runs, sprints, and cross training. Overall, the durability of this shoe is better than other models experienced. The light weight and form fitting is great for all-purpose. I usually switch to a different model if I am going to run longer distances with past arch pain experienced with this shoe. Again, I use this for all purpose workouts. Would like to see this shoe size in Wide for more comfort.
