Minimal underfoot cushioning. Could feel all the variations in the sole pattern coming through to the bottoms of my feet. Wanted to like them, I thought the style was unique, but alas my right foot really hurt after an hour on the treadmill test. Pain through the top of my forefoot. Sadly another return.

I’ve never run with Brooks before but I think these shoes brought me over. They are comfortable and have stood up to a variety of running over time. And the price point is reasonable. Ordering another pair.

I’ve been wearing Brooks for over 10 years. Mostly Adrenaline GTS. These are the best I’ve ever had in every way. After a week of wearing them I bought a second pair.

Very comfortable, not too snug, no unnecessary movement. Did not need to upgrade insole. Used mostly for daily wear. I alternate every day btw three different pairs (Brooks, and two New Balance) and much prefer the Brooks. Replacing the NB over time with Brooks. Only negative is that the laces tend to loosen up if not pulled super tight.

Excellent fit and comfort. Due to surgery on my right foot, small toe, I need a bit more room without it resulting in lack of support or too much space for the toe to move without purpose. These shoes meet this requirement. I am planning on a new pair of Brooks in the next week or so. Great shoes!

Out of the box, THE best pair of shoes I've ever owned. Minimal break-in period. I have kinda wide feet, so I go between an 11 and 11.5 depending on the width. I bought in an 11.5 and they're perfect.

The feel of shoes is very important but also extremely personal. Knowing every style within a manufacturer's line will probably have a slightly different feel I purchased these along with a pair of Trace 2s and Cascadia 16s and wore each around the house for several days before deciding the Anthem 5s just felt the "best" to me. The others fit appropriately and seem to be a very nice shoes but they just weren't as comfortable to my feet.

I've been wearing nothing but Brooks running shoes for decades. Fit and comfort are usually (95%) spot on. Tried other brands but after a short period I relegate them to everyday wear instead of workout shoes and find a suitable pair of Brooks.. Just turned 83 years old and have slowed from running 5 miles on my daily workouts to jogging and walking 3 miles.

This are a great shoe for any kid running cross country. Good for the road or trails.

Great shoes at a great price.

This is my eighth pair of Brooks. I walk about 40 miles a week and need new shoes about every 3-4 months. 10 weeks is 400 miles. I have found nothing else that fits me as well, is as comfortable, has as soft a landing and is as affordable as Brooks. Everybody's foot is different and what works for me may not work for you, but for me, I would recommend you at least try a pair. Brooks offers a 90 day return. Whatcha got to lose?

Good fit, comfortable and feel more cushion than with my other shoes.

Since I'm a BROOKS fan with other pairs, I expected the fit and comfort to be on par with past purchases. I was not at all surprised with my first test walk....all day long. Love these and their product lines.
