An extraordinarily comfortable and flattering shoe. I have a foot that is hard to fit (wide with with a narrow heel). I can wear an 8 or 8.5 in a W or WW depending on the particular cut/style of the shoe. In this case the size that fit me best was the 8.5 W. Like another reviewer noticed, the shoe box was shallow, so I wanted some distance between my toes and the front end of the shoe, hence the 8.5 length. I found that the WW ran a bit wide, and because of the soft material, it would probably stretch, so I chose the W. Having the shoe a bit more snug on the sides, kept my feet from moving to the shallow end of the toe box. The strap around the heel is slightly elasticized and keeps my narrow heel from slipping out. I was able to get a perfect fit in a very comfortable shoe in a style I really like. Thank you Zappos for your excellent selection and service!!

The shoe fits great. I wear a 7.5 W and am wearing them to a wedding (because I cannot wear heels anymore). They are dressy but also can be used for casual wear. Color is a true navy. You won't be disappointed if you buy them.

I loved these and the soles were very cushy and comfortable. Unfortunately, the toe box is not tall enough and was squishing the top of my big toe.

Difficult to wear for narrow heels - sling slides off, and if you tighten too much, it scrunches foot forward into the toe. Very cute - wanted them to work!

I’m glad I tried these. The insole is super cushiony and removable so I may use them with other shoes as well. These are are a cute flat. The sling back does rub my heel a little but it’s not uncomfortable.

Love the softness of the leather and the height of the shoe. At 79 I'm not looking for heels...just shoes which will see me through an even be it dinner out, a wedding or just getting out of flip flops and sneakers.

The heel was too loose and could not be adjusted enough to fit properly.

This IS lovely shoe! It does however have a deep front that may NOT be the best fit using your regular sizes. I reordered same size/WIDE, -not much better. Ordered my regular size and width but ½ size up and do feel this larger size will work. I believe this flat NOT to be a everyday all day work shoe but rather a lovely dress flat. The colors are lovely and quality of the leather is noted.

Comfy. Soft foot-bed. Strap is secure. I have a wide foot. The ample width of my foot is in the toe box, not the heel and I have a high instep as well. My foot measures between size 8 and a size 8 1/2 . Every shoe manufacturer has their own notion of what a wide width women's shoe is. Softwalk is a new brand for me. I ordered an 8 1/2 wide and a 9 wide. The 9 fit well. The round toe helps.

Comfortable right out of the box. I have been struggling with plantar fasciitis and need a slight heel. These are fabulous!

Normally in a sandal I will wear a 7.5, not so in these. An 8W is perfect. They are amazingly comfortable, and they will go with slacks or skirts. The colors are great, very neutral - even the red is not "loud". They work, stay on, don't hurt, don't run on my bunion, are are comfortable. They are the type of staple shoe I'd buy in every color since they fit so well, with zero pain or discomfort or annoying glitches. I love these and lament that they are out of my size in black.

I always wear an 8N in a street shoe. Narrow shoes are becoming harder and harder to find. All of my traditional go-to brands have changed their sizing and are now too wide. These shoes are really stylish, but my feet were sliding back and forth. No way I could wear them. Sadly, I have to return them to Zappos

These flats are very comfortable with arch support.

Fit and size waas fine - sadly, just didn't like color.

These are a really nice flat with the best arch support I have had in a shoe. I have a bad bunion and hammer toe on one foot and thought the wider toe area would be more comfortable but unfortunate if wasn't so had to return. Otherwise I would have definitely kept the shoes. Very disappointing! Would recommend to others however.

It was loose on the sides.

Shoe is beautiful, but isn't wide enough for an EE ; toe box needs more room top to bottom. I wear a 7EE, and have a bunion. I would gladly give a shoe company a drawing of my foot to show them what a woman with wide feet needs. I'm wondering if shoe designers just add a little extra space and think that will work. I am 73 and would still like to have classy, pretty dress and casual shoes to wear. To the shoe designers- "Do your models all have young feet?" My advise is to try using real "old lady" feet to help style your shoes. We will buy them and it's a big market out here! No on likes "old lady looking shoes!" Sad this shoe didn't work because it checks all the boxes.

Pleasantly surprised! I am impressed with the quality and the overall fit. I am a true size 7 and have a high arch. The arch in this show is nice, could be a bit higher but it’s definitely there! The leather is very soft and supple feeling. The strap is completely around my heel and doesn’t slip when I walk. This is my first experience with the brand. I’m impressed and will definitely try more from it. I am a Birkenstock fan and these are definitely a nice dressy option for me.

For me, they were a tad small. I could probably go up a half size, but I prefer the Vionics I bought in the same size.

Not wide enough in toe box. Show had a great comfy insole just hurt on the top of my foot.

I stand on my feet for long periods of time and I don't mind at all with these shoes. Not only are they extremely comfortable but are very stylish. Love the toe box and ling back. I bought the black suede. Also, the shoes come in 10.5.
