This jacket replaces the toddler jacket I bought for our great-granddaughter 2 years ago. Her parents were so happy that the adjustable sleeves made it possible for it to fit for 2 winters, so I decided to get another beautiful jacket from LLBean! Sure would be nice if this one fits for 2 winters, too!

My son loves this jacket, and it's hard for him to like clothes sometimes, he's super particular. You need to make more colors and variants though, every other kid on the bus stop has the same one! We are in Maine though, after all.

Purchased as a replacement for a too small version; we were looking for nice color options and the furry soft inside liner. Often such liners are found only in "girls" jackets; it's great to see unisex or boys' options that are soft and appealing inside and out. He chose the color block in blue and loves it for those cold mornings below 20 degrees. This fits my slim 14 year old but may be a bit short or tight on a larger child.

This is the first time buying LLBean Jackets for our kids and let me tell you they are worth every penny. This was our first snow fall of the season and the kids were outside for over an hour playing in the snow, rolling around in it and these jackets kept them warm and dry the entire time. I bought a little kids 5/6 and big kids 10/12. I will definitely be buying these again in the future when they grow of their curtain ones. The only complaint I have is my son says he keeps finding a feather occasionally on his clothes but it hasn't impacted the warmth of the coat.

We bought this jacket for our 9 year old son. He is very tall for his age and can wear size large (14-16) with some room to grow. The smaller size fits as well but just for this season so we decided to go a size up. We got the orange bomber hat to go with it. Our son loves both and the outfit looks great. Very warm.

So soft and warm!

This is our second time to purchase this item and it did not disappoint. My daughter loves the coziness of the inside. Our winters are rarely below 0 degrees so it's not too stuffy. They hold up well in the wash too!

I bought this coat for my 5 year old because of it's warmth rating and it's colors. He has gotten so many compliments on it and tells me it keeps him really warm. The construction seems to be good as well. Another great purchase from LL Bean.

My grandson has some sensory issues and only likes soft feeling fabrics against his skin. It passed his standards and he loves it. Unfortunately he lost the hood. But he wears and likes the coat.

Haven't used it in snow yet so I can't vouch for how good it does when wet, but so far it's a great coat. Very warm and comfy. My son loves the soft furry lining.

Warm enough for outdoor play in our Vermont winter. My son is almost 4 and weighs 38lbs. This fits great and is true to size - there is some room to grow, but he's not swimming in it. He loves the colors and the cozy interior. Returned similar coats from other companies and am keeping this one! Recommend.

Vibrant colors, super warm but not overly heavy. SUPER soft inside, my son loves it. I had to order a 2nd of the same because my older son loved his younger brother's coat so much. It is roomy, but not overly. I prefer that so I can layer and he is not bound in. Would recommend!

My son loves this coat! He has been wearing it everyday to first grade even though it hasn't been especially cold yet. The colors are bright and vibrant and it appears to be good quality materials. I wish the hood didn't zip off because it's already come home once stuffed in his backpack and I'm afraid it is going to get lost. My son is seven, he is thin and about average height for his age and the 6x-7 size fits him well with some room to grow this winter.

I purchased the little kids small-4 for my 4 year old. It seems as though it will be nice and warm for the up coming winter here in northern Pennsylvania. The fit seems nice and he will most likely get another winter out of it(he is thin). I imagine he will not be able to wear it in the car seat, it is puffy, but not overly puffy, perhaps someone could strap their child in with it on. I usually do not. He likes the colors, and I like the fact that it seems warm with a nice quality so his little sister can wear it when she is this size!

I bought this jacket for my 6 year old grandson. I went with the medium to give him some grow room. This coat is so cozy and warm. He loved it. The colors are so bright and cheerful and the coat is very well made. We all loved it!

Not only do I love the jacket, but my grandson loves his jacket. Not cold enough to wear it now, but winter will be here shortly!

I have the blue/orange colorway version of this jacket for my 4YO son and it's fantastic. He loves the "furry" lining on the inside and the jacket keeps him warm and dry on our ski weekends. Please bring this back for next year so I can buy the next size up!

Great looking jacket and keeps my son really warm. The lining is really soft. The hood's zipper is a little hard to take the hood on and off easily. The color shows dirt easily but since it washes great - that isn't a problem. I got a matching color block for my daughter and I really love the way they look together.

We bought a size larger than necessary with room to grow. It has room for layering underneath but is very warm on its own. The blue/green color looks very nice on our 11 year old granddaughter, who loves that the jacket's inside is "soft and fuzzy".

My son has been wearing this jacket for the past 3.5 months in chilly Maine. He is always toasty in this jacket. It runs true to size and while it appears like it could be bulky, it hasn't been at all. My son would refuse to wear it if it was. I hope they carry these next winter because I plan to buy the next size for him.

I bought this winter coat for my 5 year old son and he loves it! It zips up in a flash, the hood fits perfectly, and it is super warm with room to grow. This really cemented it for me, all cold weather kids deserve L.L. Bean coats!
