So I love these! I had a little room in the smaller size that I got and I found them to be perfect on a glacier in Iceland. The wind was very strong and I couldn't feel anything through the gloves. I was moving all the time, and had to carry an ice axe the whole time, and was fine. In fact taking a glove off was rough! I felt these gloves did their job well and the grip was good, even with repelling. I'm not sure way there are bad reviews because the color is off? Or got cold when wet? When using them for what they were built for they were fantastic.they are great for high activity

Received as a gift. These are amazing. Amazing fit, are waterproof and windproof. I wear these gloves hiking (really for everything) and I won't be buying a different kind. I wear these up to -25C. I cannot say enough good things. They are worth the investment

I have been searching for the perfect glove for touring and I found it with the Venta. Honestly don't know how this doesn't have 5 stars. The gore infinium wind stopper is all I want and need to for 99% of days on the uphill. I bring warmer gloves for if it gets too cold for these but I rarely need to use them. 3rd season going strong with lots of use.

I got these gloves specifically for backcountry skiing to protect my hands while skinning booting on firm snow. I've used them for some big missions and day trips, and so far they have provided me with great breathability and warmth. I have great dexterity when using these, so I can keep them on as I transition with my skins and boot buckling with no issues. They run a tad long for me in the fingers, but overall they are very comfortable. I purchased a size Medium and I am typically between S/M sizes as a size 7 glove. I think I probably could have purchased size Small and let them break in a bit to fit "like a glove". I've struggled with durability of other brands of gloves in the past (Dakine, Marmot, etc) and these seem like they should last a lifetime with how well they appear to be sewn and designed.

I've been looking for something that keeps my hands warm while nordic skiing and split boarding and everything is either too light or too clumsy. These gloves fit great, I have all of my dexterity and they keep me warm in windy and cold conditions, all while being a light glove. They don't really have any insulation so I wouldn't recommend them in cold conditions if you weren't being active. But, they're fantastic for my active, cold weather sports.

I bought these gloves a few weeks ago to replace my old ones that had holes. The touch screen sensitivity works great. I've used these for skiing, hiking and biking this spring and they've been perfect. Fit, grip, warmth. Etc.

this glove came in handy so much for me this season.. i take my daughter out to the bunny hill alot and was a perfect glove for doing small things like working clips and laces . I would take my thicker gloves that i surprisingly didnt use much because the venta glove kept my hands warm.. there was a few times where my fingers got cold when hiking or ice climbing but once you get moving it dosnt take long before they heat up and has just the right amount of water repellent i dont remember much of my hands getting wet this winter. was very impressed with the performance. I have not used the thinner base layer glove underneath the venta gloves yet but know that extra warmth would only make this glove my go too for much more activities.. the only thing i did not like about this glove is the size, they do fit slimmer and is a bit of pulling on and pulling off around my wrist/thumb area (might just be my wide hands). i also noticed the sizes only change by finger length and minimal width change between xl, l, m etc.

Comfortable, not bulky, perfect fit to my hand and I can use my mobile without taking it off. Works best for me. This item is not meant for super cold subzero temperatures.

Over the past 7 years I have struggles to find gloves that would be lightweight, breathable and waterproof. I tend to run very warm and my hands often sweat; however, I wanted waterproof protection when I am in the backcountry. These gloves have to be my most favorite purchase. They handle Alaskan touring extremely well I cannot recommend them enough! I am a 5'8 female with medium sized hands and I wear an XS.

I bought these for my Wife and she loves them. We used your sizing chart and decided to go for the XS size and they fit great. We've got an April/May hiking trip in Northern coastal Maine coming up and she wanted something warm and really likes the index and thumb feature so she can take phone photos without taking her gloves off.

Perfect, snug fit allowing superior dexterity. Not intended for warmth, rather a climbing, hiking or cross country glove. Soft shell material with Gore Tex wind resistant treatment. I wear Arcteryx ski gloves which have proven better than the rest for durability and materials used. Workmanship is excellent, should last years.

Gloves are cut well. Many gloves have unusually long thumbs or outside fingers for my hand. Sizing was accurate to the sizing guide which is important because I typically wear medium or large gloves. Measure and use the guide.

I went to go buy another pair and saw the reviews and was shocked. These are amazing. Light and tight to the hand. They block all wind and keep your hand warm.

My go to gloves for XC skiing, snowshoeing, walking to work and keeping in my pack for hiking and camping in the warmer months. Can be used for backcountry touring or spring skiing with a thin liner glove. The light water resistance holds out for a while under light mist/rain but the gore-Tex infinium prioritizes wind proofness.

I don't know what all the other bad reviews about. Maybe they recently fixed all the issues. Fact is these are the best gloves I've ever had. I work in the fashion industry and have owned many pairs of performance gloves at similar price points. These are by far the best I've ever had. Just buy them.

On my 3rd pair (use daily for 90 min bike commute to work). Have also used for cold weather backpacking. Has even worked as my cool weather MTB gloves. Breathes well enough and keeps me dry enough..It's not a micro liner nor is it an expedition glove.

1. Used for skate ski, hiking and biking. 2. Good dexterity for braking, changing gears etc and warm enough for long rides. 3. Index finger protection has worn away a bit after a year of use 4. Gore-tex Infinium kind of amazing how it channels moisture away from skin to surface of glove......perfect.

I bought these gloves about a year ago for all-around light cold weather, where I do not need a pair of heavier Arc'teryx gloves for outdoor activities.

Purchased these because I wanted thin, lightweight gloved for hiking trips. These gloves are perfect for when the temperature drops but not cold enough to pack heavier gloves. They are not super warm if you are planning to encounter snow but great otherwise!

I bought these before our temps were single digit. I use them for running, stacking wood, and to/from the car. They are a sturdy all around glove that is holding up well for all my uses.

Water repellant, not waterproof just to be clear. Good for hiking and would like to use them for backcountry skiing in spring weather. Was also thinking of bike commute use in rain/dark winter but would be nice to have a cheerful brighter colour - please.

I use these gloves almost everyday in cold temperatures( -10C 10C) and they work great and keep me warm. Just be careful puting them on and they will last forever.
