I used this for travelling with my kids. It's a great size, holds shape, very lightweight, with strategic pockets. It is slightly see through, the strap is amazing.

I just received this about two weeks ago & it's been great! Initially i was worried it'd be too big but it turns out to be the perfect size for any task like errands or gym bag. I personally use it as a crossbody bag & don't put a ton of weight in it to strain it.

Got this as a present because my Arro 8 was stolen and it is fine but no way near as perfect a daily bag as Arro 8. Please bring back Arro8

The Heliad 12 is one of the best bags that I own. it fills the 'Goldilocks' niche where I found my slingbags were too small and my backpacks were too large for certain use cases. This size is great for everyday carry items such as an iPad or books and notepads. It is also great for errands such as groceries as it is surprisingly roomy. The bag is also extremely lightweight but when loaded with heavy items it is still very comfortable to carry. One dislike about the bag would be the strap made of mesh. I find this hinders the look of the bag but I understand functionally it creates comfort reducing strain wearing across the chest. Luckily there is the ability to change the strap for a secondary market one if needed.

Running errands or city walk, this flexible lightweight tote is both stylish and practical, whatever in sunny and raining days.

I'm using this as gym bag to carry running shoes and laundry kits. Size wise it's perfect, and very light weight. However, given the name of Arc'teryx, it can be better in terms of having a carry handle and some water repellent design over zipper.

Only had this product for a few weeks so this is a first impressions review: The good: Simple, lightweight and packable. Zips seem good quality and the bag itself appears well made. I really like arcteryx products with low profile branding and this fits that style with an embroidered logo on the pack. It was a little larger than I expected and in my opinion it can initially look quite large but once you pack it to contour your body it sits close and doesn't look too out of place. If your a shorter person or have a very small frame it might look fairly bulky if fully loaded. The plus of this large size is obviously capacity, I can fit a full change of clothes, water, snacks, spare layers and my iPad, phone, wallet etc. it doesn't have any specific slots for laptops but you could easily insert one if you must, bearing in mind there isn't any protection or padding.although for a bag of this type that shouldn't be expected anyway. Other things I've noticed: The strap is detachable, very thin and lightweight, it's actually fairly comfortable but if you loaded up the bag with a few heavy items such as water bottles and extra tech I can imagine it may become slightly uncomfortable overtimepack light! The fabric attracts some dust and fabric lint, it only takes a few seconds to rub off but if your OCD eye looks at every mark and speck of dust be prepared to wipe the bag fairly frequently throughout the day! Aside from that I'm enjoying it more than I thought I would. I'll use it for travel as a second 'packed' bag that sits in my luggage which I can use at my destination and I've also used it for one night overnight as my only bag and I noticed I had plenty of space for clothes, tech etcI use packing cases for organisation and it works perfectly and once unpacked it folds away to nothing! It's well priced for what it is, if they bring out a smaller capacity one (say 8 litres) I'd probably get that one tooan unexpected gem and I'm looking forward to getting plenty of use from it!

I went to try look at this bag in a store and while it was decent enough there were some disappointments. For one it was sort of soft and didn't hold itself up as much and there are no handholds, just a long strap. I really wish they would bring back the Granville 18, it was a perfect tote and I would love to get a new one. Please bring back the Granville 18 tote!

I bought this in stead of the Granville 18 tote, that was much preferred for the purpose. And this bag is quite disappointing, all things considered. Too soft (cannot keep its shape when standing), just one carrying belt - and it is definitely too slippery on shoulder, with no padding and no grip. Is it really a product from Arc'teryx??
