I bought these for my son for Ninja Warrior competitions, because they seemed to be the replacement for the Zante V3, favoured by any ninjas. However, the sole ripped after his first practice session (see photo). We exchanged them at our local sporting goods store, but after using just two times, the second pair have begun to tear as well! Will keep them for everyday wear at this point and change to a different, more durable brand for his Ninja training. I am very disappointed as New Balance have been our go-to shoes for years.

This is the best cushiony shoe that I have used in 12 years of running. It offers a nice smooth run and blends well in my nine-pair running rotation.

This is a very comfortable good-looking shoe and a great value for the money. Never disappointed with New Balance shoes. The only issue was the shoe width, needed to re-order in a wide which corrected the issue.

Really comfortable fit and lots of cushioning. I bought this shoe because I've been having Achilles issues, and a combination of the fit and cushioning has helped me to manage that.

I applaud NB for a design that goes against the flow. I love the fit. The shoe isn't to tight or narrow if you size it correctly. Please don't change it. Bring back yellow.

Love New Balance, was looking for a 9 wide shoe to replace my roughed up 860V11s. Had to return it to the NB store and get the 860V12s instead. Toebox and overall width of this model is a lot tighter than other models. Not to say the shoe wasn't great just runs small!

I had the previous model in the Fresh Foam Tempo and this one seems very similar, maybe a little tighter. Good training or racing shoe

I have bought a number of New Balance shoes - the same size. As with this shoe I ordered the same size as I always do. However, these are not manufactured the same way. They are TOO narrow. Why don't the shoe companies list widths or wide/narrow? It is frustrating as it is not just NB. The shoe feels fine and seems to be of good quality.

I have worn them for a week, an they are comfortable. Walking daily about 3 to 4 miles, I need a shoe that can hold up, as I see with these, they are true to size an durable... I wish I would have purchased them long ago. Thanks to NB.

I'm a Minnesota cross country/track runner so I'm stricten to treadmills and indoor tracks in the winter. I needed some trainers because my other nike shoes were both plated. It was these or the Pegasus and i thought I'd give NB a chance. These were great for treadmill running not too bouncy, light, and a cushiony landing. The only complaint I really have about these shoes were running on gravel. The softness of the fresh foam x offers little protection against loose rocks and my feet hurt after the first half mile. Overall great looking and feeling shoes, not disappointed with my purchase.

I absolutely love them. Very comfortable, just like the previous Fresh Foams I had.

I really liked how these reminded me of the old zante that I wore in high school/college. The main problem is the mid foot is way too narrow for 2E and should really be addressed in the next iteration.

This shoe is not for me. Too narrow and felt cheap on my feet. Didn't have my size in the shoes I really wanted, so I saw the price for these were least expensive. Mistake I made. Very uncomfortable shoes

I'm very happy with the cushion and feel of these shoes but am having a big issue with getting them tight enough. I have to pull the laces so tight that I fear the eyelets are going to rip. It is pulled so tight that the upper actually folds over on itself and they're still not really tight enough on my foot. Can't really figure it out. I bought the standard width (not the wide), which seems to fit in every other shoe, but the shoe is still a little loose. If your foot is on the wider side, these should probably work out fine.

Shoes were nice but I had to return them. First of all, they were supposed to be gray, but were actually baby blue. Also the toe box is too tight in the normal width, and way too wide on wide version. It's a shame, because otherwise I really liked them.

I did not keep this product and returned it. It felt "cheap" and lacked support. Almost the consistency of a flip-flop shoe. I love New Balance shoes. I opted for another pair of 880's. Love them.
