This water shoe was a complete disappointment. Should have realized by the other reviews that no one was using it for water or the people reviewing it didn't buy it for themselves. This shoe my look cool and does have a comfortable thick sole but that is where the positives end. I purchased this water shoe to wear while fishing in rivers. The thick sole was nice as I didn't feel the points of rocks and sticks while I walked through the river. About 5 minutes into my first fishing trip with these I had already made up my mind they were going to be sent back. These shoes have no traction for traversing anything other than flat ground. There are holes in these shoes, however there aren't holes flush with the inner sole so the water completely drains or allows the little pebbles, sand, and dirt that will wash into the shoe while in the water. While walking the trail back to my car I was splashing around in water still in the shoe. On the way home from my first fishing trip with these was able to still pour water out of the shoe after a 10 minute car ride, and I drive a car with a manual transmission so my feet were moving and not just sitting there. This shoe feels more narrow than advertised and once the shoe is wet and out of water it would pull on my skin causing discomfort and if worn to long like this would most likely create blisters. I have owned $10 water shoes that out perform this over priced shoe in traction, draining, and keeping debris out of the shoe. If you plan on wearing this shoe for none water use it's okay. If you want a shoe for the water I highly suggest you keep searching.

This is a great shoe, and very comfortable. I'm a true size 11, so that's what I ordered. The shoes were at least a 1/2 size to a full size to big. I'm in the process of exchanging for a 10 since there aren't any half sizes. Great shoe, but sizes need to be accurate with the actual shoe line. All of my Sperrys are 11s & this is the one shoe that wasn't consistent with sizing.

They are kind of ugly, but fit well and keep your feet safe in the water/at the beach.

I own 2 pair of Sperry Water Striders. I also own Crocs, Natives, and Floaters and find the Water Striders to be the most comfortable. I'm wearing them now. They're great for travel and getting through security at the airport. My normal shoe side is 10.5 and I ordered my Water Striders in size 10. Perfect fit. I'm online now to purchase a third pair. And Afterpay is awesome!

I bought these as quick slip-on shoes and they work perfectly for that.

Trailer boaters will most likely need to get their feet wet during launch and retrieval. Launch ramps are very slippery.....but not when you have Water Striders on your feet! I have two pairs and find them to be extremely comfortable and great for boating and as Grahame said: "There is Nothing - Absolute Nothing - half so much worth doing as simply messing about in boats."

Comfortable. They seem like they are capable of high wear/low tear.

True to size. I'm usually a 12M size with the exception of Nike (12.5M). They fit comfortably and there is enough toe space, but not too much.

Im a competitive rower and always looking for shoes that will work for me. These are super comfortable from the start and are easy off and on. I hope they will be around for a while because I will continue to buy more!

Size 11 was a good fit, arrived quickly, I was in the Dominican Republic and was waking around on the beach and the ground, didn't have the feet sweating when ground walking, gripped the surface well when wet. Easy to dump the sand.

Since I no longer have a boat, these are house shoes. Couldn't ask for more comfort or service. Sperry Gold Cup raise the nar.

Fits well, comfortable, suitable for sailing - I undid the barrel lacing as I prefer a traditional tie for a more secure fit

A better product than what's out there (Crocs, etc). I'm really digging the Sport product line and hope Sperry adds to it. PRO TIP: review the sizing tips, especially for half sizes, and buy according.
