I own several pair of On Cloud, and this pair ranks at the top. I love the color and they are very comfortable! I am a RN so I am on my feet a lot. This pair does not disappoint!

Love how comfortable and having waterproof material! Needed to go up a full size but once size found I feel confident having to be on my feet all day.

Haven't tested the waterproof part yet, but comfortable so far. Good cushioning inside and out.

True to size

I am size 7.5, ordered size 38, on thin sock its fits fine, on thick I'll go 39

Love my OC :-) I’m usually a size 9 yet I bought a size 9.5 and the fit was perfect. I wear them all day and since they are water proof, they never get dirty!! Love them and look to get more and get different colors!!??

These shoes are so light and comfy. Finding my size was a bonus as well.

I have 2 other pairs of On shoes in the same size but these feel narrower. I always buy sneakers ½ size larger to account for swelling feet (due to walking). I almost returned but taking the insoles out helped enormously (only needed to do that for one shoe) and now they are just fine.

I love the style for daily casual wear. The sole is good, a lot of support, cushiony . But they are narrower than more shoes. I tried to half size and full size up, but didn't solve my problem. I have to return them sadly.

Bought these for my teenage daughter for a trip to India. Great shoes! Rubbed a blister on the inside of the arch on both feet the first couple to days... a bit narrow in fit. But then once the shoes were broken in, it's been fine! Kept her feet warm and dry.

Okay. Being real. I was so pumped about this shoes. They are comfortable. I just feel like style is lacking.

I really wanted to love these, however, found them to be rather narrow in toe box. They also were cut rather high at the ankles, rubbing the outside ankle bone. Felt a little better when I placed inserts from another pair of shoes in. Wish they were more comfortable for the high price.

I am a size 8.5. After purchasing the 8.5, I had to return because they were a half size too small. I exchanged for a size 9 and they fit perfectly. Consider sizing up a half size when purchasing.

The laces didn't allow me to tighten them enough, so they felt too loose

I wanted to love these shoes. But the shoe on the right foot was not comfortable. It bent enough where the toes bend that it hurt. The sides are high enough that it rubbed funny on the inside of my right foot causing discomfort. The tops are very stiff but once on seemed ok. Cushion is so-so but the sole helps with that. Super bummed they didn’t work out. Was looking forward to wearing them on future trips.

I was looking for a waterproof shoe and have several other pairs of ON so I tried these. They cannot compare to the others. I can only surmise it’s because they are waterproof. They are stiff, short (but I learned long ago to order up at least 1/2 size) and just plain blah. Will be returning.

I have many pairs of On shoes. They are excellent and this pair is no exception. I am writing this review because the pair I received from Zappos had obviously been worn previously. The white soles were dirty from wear and there was a dirt smudge the side of one heel. Since I purchased them for a trip I was taking, I didn’t have time to return and received a new pair. If Zappos decides to allow people to return shoes that show signs of wear, please don’t send them to another customer who is paying for a NEW pair of shoes.

So tight!

These have to be the most comfortable sneaker I've ever worn. I ordered a half-size up, 9, because most of the athletic shoes I own are tight, or the toe box isn't wide enough. These fit true to size and I kept them because I was going to wear them in Ireland and would be wearing thicker socks. I've been wearing them every morning when I walk the dogs. We tromp through wet grass and for the first month, they stayed dry. A few days ago I felt a few twigs in my left shoe, but assumed they'd gotten in somehow because the grass was freshly cut in the park. But then I realized my toes weren't just cold, they were damp! I paid extra for waterproof sneakers and sadly, they've failed me. I've worn them for a month. Can't return them now. So I'll be wearing them on my trip. I'll be comfortable but I may have wet, cold feet.

This would have been my third pair of these. They fit differently, were uncomfortable and had to go back. They looked fine.

I jsut received these sneakers. Though the style looks good, I could not even get them on. They were very tight even after I took out the elastic laces. I am retuning them and will order a different brand.

I purchased these in November wore them once, them seems comfortable enough. I started wearing them daily a week ago now that our snow is gone and my feet were killing me. They were so sore I went to a podiatrist. I explained that my heels were killing me and I couldn’t put pressure on them. After he examined my feet he asked what shoes I was wearing most of the time over the past 2 weeks. I said ON running shoes mostly but also 2 totally different brands He smiled and told me to stop wearing them. He suggested in insole for me and then said if the insoles don’t work he can make custom orthotics but that’s a last resort. He said he’s had numerous patients who come in with foot problems after wearing ON running shoes. Mostly attributed to ON shoes causing plantar fasciitis. I purchased the insoles he recommended and put them in different sneakers. Within 2 days most of my foot pain was gone. After a week with the new insoles in different running shoes and boots no pain at all. I’ve stopped wearing ON completely. No more pain. I’m walking normally. I bought into the hype and learned my lesson.

I've worn different On Cloud sneakers in both size 9 and 10,so it seems to always be a bit of a crap shoot. I saw some reviewers said they were sized a bit larger than others, so I tried 9.5. Perhaps so - unfortunately, my primary concern is that the tongue of the shoe is oddly wrinkled or creased, making them uncomfortable. Had to return.

Seems like great shoes. Too bad Zappos sent me a previously returned pair. The previous owner even took out the original speed lacing system, at least they re-laced them with traditional laces. This is the third time Zappos sent me used shoes. Item out of stock so I have to take to UPS without even getting an exchange in return. Last time ordering shoes from Zappos.
