These shoes wore out in the first 90 days of owning. On only offers a warranty of what they call defects but there is a hole in the top of my shoe after maybe walking 20 miles per week in 90 days.

These shoes are not for people with high arch or insteps. They run a bit small and are tight across the top if you have a high instep. I ordered 8 and have cloud 2.0 and cloudflow in 7.5. Length was good even though I ordered up 1/2 size. Surf color is beautiful! Mine came in with a big wrinkle inside the heel which started causing a blister after 15 minutes of wearing them.

The shoe fits great and is so comfortable to be in all day! The ONLY issue I have is that bought these in May and now, September, they have completely come apart on the bottom. Picture attached. Sooooo disappointed!! These were expensive!! So that is why I am only giving one star.

This is my 1st time trying 'On Running' shoes. I'm typically a 9-9.5 in Asics & Adidas women's. There wasn't enough room in the toe box - my big toe slightly touching the tip when I stepped forward. I tried the men's On Running in size 8 and they were a perfect fit. Just enough wiggle room for my toes, the rest of my foot is fully supported. Comfort beyond belief! The 9.5 women's fit my teen daughter (who's never worn running shoes), she wears size 9 in Vans, Converse.

Buy a half size up from your normal everyday shoe size. These shoes are stylish and comfy!!!

My sister bought these, and I had never seen or heard of them. She’s a 1/2 size larger than I am but tried them on and decided I really wanted them immediately but in my size, of course!! So glad I got these. I love that they are slip-ons and very lightweight yet have plenty of support! My new favorites. And wore them with no socks day one, and no blisters, just comfort.

On 1/21/23 I bought the On Cloud 5. In March 2023, I started wearing them for 3-mile walks/runs on paved surfaces 3 to 5 times a week. Each time I'd step onto the street, sidewalk or paved trail, the soles of the shoes would collect debris--pebbles, sticks, leaf stems, cigarette butts, etc. Annoying to run or walk with stones, etc. wedged in the soles. Also annoying to keep stopping to pick out the debris. By August '23, the debris began to damage the soles, making a hole in the left shoe's heel. I contacted On directly, providing my January '23 Zappos receipt and photos of the shoes. I was informed that my shoes had "lived a long life" and were not covered under warranty. I've never had athletic shoes that lasted less than 5 months. In spite of finding the On Cloud 5 quite comfortable -- once you dig out all the stones from the soles -- I wouldn't buy this brand again. If you plan on walking/running outside a minimum of 9 miles per week, invest in another brand. In my experience, Ons have a design flaw and, as a result, do not hold up to regular or even semi-regular outdoor, athletic use.

I have two pair of these shoes. I’ve had them for less than a year. I’m retired, do light garden work, do not use these shoes at a gym or for running. Wear flip flops throughout the summer. I just used them for light every day wear. Both pair are falling apart. For as expensive as these shoes are, they should hold up a lot longer than this. Ive never owned a pair of tennis shoes that wore out so quickly in my life!

I’ve heard good things about these shoes in the past. I wore Adidas for over 20 years. And because of their stance on social issues especially transgender‘s playing women’s sports I have 100% left Adidas forever.

These shoes have great style and are comfortable. I wish they were better quality so I could buy a pair in all the colors. I purchased these in June 2022 and by November I noticed a small hole on the side. By January the whole is even bigger. Disappointed considering how expensive these shoes are.

I order these in 2 sizes. The one a half size bigger than my usual size fit best but I am returning. I have high arches and need supports. These didn't accommodate them very well. The shoe felt very shallow top to bottom and stiff. I often poke holes in the tops of sneakers with my toe and these were so shallow that I could actually see my toe poking up. There would be holes in no time. I had my flat footed daughter try them on and she didn't like them because they were too stiff. Photos shows toe situation.

I wish Zappos had a way to search for narrows based on customer reviews and not what the shoe manufacturer labels as narrow. I wear an 11 narrow and true narrow shoes are impossible to find. I have to tediously search customer reviews and when customers complain about shoes being to narrow I take a chance and order, so thank you to those reviewers! The Cloud 5 does run narrow even though it will not come up in Zappo’s search. I wish there were a way to let other narrow footed wears know that this is an option for them because I LOVE these shoes. I’ve been limited to New Balance in either black or white only for years and Birkenstock Mayari so the fact that I now have a choice of colors in a tennis shoes is a huge deal for me.

These are great! I bought an 8, I wear 8-8 1/2 in tennis shoes. These were a perfect fit! For the first hour of wear they were a little snug around the top of my foot. But I’m on day 2 of wearing them and they’re sooo comfortable!

I loved the look and the comfort. My complaint is that the toes came through the top after only a few months. For the price, this shouldn't happen.

I picked this sneakers to wear to work. I work 12 hour shifts twice a week. In less than 6 months, a hole formed in the top of the sneaker where the mesh neets the rubber under my big toe. They are very comfortable but not worth the price for less than 6 months of use

Stylish & functional- I’ve been waiting to order these because of the price. I see this brand everywhere when I’m out and about- and the amount of people wearing them has got to mean something! I tried on in a store to confirm my size. Which I recommend doing first. I wear a 9.5 in running shoes but in whole size shoes I will wear a 9 over a 10. I do feel like the 9.5 is roomy in the toe but the 9 was too snug. I love the looks of these, they are cushioned and I haven’t had any tired or achy feet after wearing. I use them for day to day with the elastic slip on laces.

The shoe is great. However was sent a wide instead of a medium.

I initially got a 9, as I read reviews that said to size up. I returned those for the 8.5 which fits much better. Ofcourse compared bto the 9 they felt snug, but the shoes work in. They fit perfect. Style( all blk) is sleek and clean. I like the laces that come with it..it's like a slip on shoe. Easy! However, I thought they would give more cushiony support..hence name on cloud. I don't really feel on a cloud...they a sturdy and abords some weight ..but nothing spectacular.

I sized up 1/2 a size because they are a snugger fit. My friend has a pair so she informed me that’s what she did. I’m really glad I did. That 1/2 size up made a big difference in comfort. I really like them. They have great support for your feet, back & legs. I’m Very pleased. I purchased the Cloud 5s.

I was hesitant to spend this much for tennis shoes but they are the most comfortable I have ever worn! My back doesn't hurt and my knees ankles and feet love them.

The best tennis shoes that I’ve ever had.

Fit is okay. My feet have a lot of room since you can’t tie the laces.

I'm not sure why people say to size up, I bought my actual size and they feel perfect (size 8). They are super lightweight and the sole is like a cushion. I haven't had them for long but so far I love them.

I’m a fan of Hokas for walking for exercise but I became interested in the On Cloud 5 for the slip-on feature and the color choices. My usual sneaker size is 10M but I wear 9 1/2M in Hokas. I tried the On in local stores in both 9 1/2 and 10 but ordered the 10 from Zappos in magnet and surf. I found them to be comfortable out of the box. The elastic laces keep the shoes comfortably snug. I don’t intend to switch to the enclosed laces. I’m not a runner, but I wear them for everyday, running errands and travel. I continue to wear my Hokas for walking for exercise.
