Bought these shoes for everyday sneakers around town, walking the dogs, etc. Brought them with me to a recent trip to Portland and did a 14 mile hike. Held up very well. Not great on rocky terrain (they are not hiking boots clearly), but on even terrain they were great. Light weight, breath well, good grip.

Great shoe. The drop is supportive and cushioning is great.

All Merrill gear is the best, and beast lol, sorry, spelling error, been wearing them for 14 years,

These are the most comfortable tennis shoes I have ever worn. The lace up and leave it is awesome. Slip right on and I have wide ankles. Will never own a different pair again!

Very lightweight and comfortable while offering good support. It is one of my "go-to" shoes for road walking. If traveling, it doesn't add a lot of weight to a carry-on. It's a great urban touring shoe. I find it to be an easy-on, unlike some other reviewers.

These turned out to be super comfortable. Wore them for 2 days at Disneyland in the rain. No slipping plenty of grip and super comfortable. Did I mention how comfy these were?

Very comfortable and light shoe. Definitely fits narrow with a pretty big arch, but as I've got them broken in I've really started to like them. They look fantastic and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a good pair of trail runners/hiking shoes for the summer.

The lace sneaker is top notch. The shoes are light but cushioned so well, I wear them for hours. Fit was as advertised got 1/2 size larger based on website info, and they were perfect. They are definitely helping me stick to my new year's resolution regimen to get out more and for longer!

Very comfortable shoes. These shoes are hard to get on as opening is tight and floppy. Not a shoe you can just slip into rather a full sit down and unlace first then fully lace up. Once on they are great. Good traction and great look.

These are by far THE most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. And I'm 57! Seriously ... I struggle with finding a comfortable shoe, and these are perfect for me.

The Embark sneakers have a nice style that I can wear hiking or running around town. They are light, but supportive and comfortable. They slip on easily, yet have laces if I need to tighten or loosen them. I have been on serious walks (although no serious hiking), walked up and down the Las Vegas strip, and worn them running errands and just everyday wear. They are comfortable, have a good grip and look good. Can't ask more than that.
