Durable and midsole is awesome. It is especially suitable for those who (like me) want to wear lightweight and waterproof sneakers.

I buy Columbia shoes because the quality is consistently high, the fit is the best for my narrow size 12 foot, and they don't mess with my heel spurs. I usually get a couple years out of them and then buy another pair at discount knowing they'll fit just right. They have good support though I do add more arch support. I like the styling and traction as well. Great all/around walking shoes. I always have a pair of their hikers on hand as well because they fit exactly the same. Good shoes, good fit, good value, good quality, good look.

I have tried at least 10 differant shoes from the most expensive to the least and I must admit these are the best shoes, I have tried and kept, from being a good fit and very comfortable shoe, all the other shoes, I have sent back because they did not fit correct or were uncomfortable until I found these. great value, good fit and comfortable

This is the 4th pair I've gotten for my very active teen. I started buying them when he was able to wear a men's size, and he's now up to an 11. He tried another brand a couple years ago, but they blew out before the season was over and he was back to these. They're great whether he's out in wet grass for a game of pick up football with friends, a hike with the dog, or just stomping around in the Oregon winter rain, keeping his feet dry and comfortable. He says he hopes you never quit making them.

I take a two mile walk every morning and was pleased to have these shoes on the morning that I walked during heavy rain. My feet stayed dry and the shoes were very comfortable.

Awesomely comfortable and breathable for a waterproof shoe! I love the simplicity of the shoe with all of the functionality. I wore these to work , to the woods to walk the dogs, up and down embankments with packed snow, over river rock, through uneven surfaced parking lots and i have yet to find and uncomfortable terrain for them. The waterproofing system allows me to get into some pretty thick-ish snow without getting my feet wet but still allows them to breathe so I'm not sweating my toes off. Excellent shoe. Great Job Columbia !

They're a tighter fit than the shoes I was replacing and the back loop is absolutely useless to help pull the shoes on in a pinch. However, they're really warm and well cushioned and that has been perfect for the chilly weather.
