not the most comfortable, could use some memory foam in the sole especially at this price.

I really enjoy these slippers. However, the leather started to wear out near the sole and the big toe after a year of use. It started to rip along the sole. The second year I had them, the same thing happened to the other slipper, hence the 3 star rating. The comfort of the slippery is great and keeps my feet warm even if I sit outside on a cool day. Other than the rips, they are still going strong after 4 years.

I've been wearing these for over a decade. Two decades, maybe? Our annual present to each other was new slippers. I eagerly awaited the red Venetiansto find they're at least a half size short and the heel would need to be broken in. First slippers I've ever felt needed to break in. Wore them around the house for a few hours, but the back was rubbing too much. What happened? Maybe it's that pair, maybe it's just the new 2023 red suedeI'm convinced leather behaves differently with different dyes. Very odd.

The slippers don't provide much support and get really loose and floppy after a while.

Lovely, warm, sturdy slippers...but after wearing for only a few hours stretched out so wide I couldn't walk safely in them. My feet slid around inside them.

These feel quite tight and I always buy the same size, 11. They feel soft and plush as normal but the fit seems to be like a size smaller.

Not bad, but not as good as the previous Men's Wicked Good Slippers that I have been purchasing from LLBEAN for the past several years.

Glad I read the reviews first, and bought a size larger. I might have been able to use 2 sizes larger as they are still tight, but we'll see how they fit once broken in. Other than the size, they're just OK, not the 'wicked good' slippers they used to be. But then, nothing is made as well as they used to be.

They are not wide enough and my feet feel squished. I wish there was a wider version.

I wear a size 10 street shoe and ordered that size in these slippers. They were too small. I I wore them for several days hoping they would stretch, they didn't. Otherwise, these are quality made shoes.

This is the second pair that I have owned ( I still have the first pair). I bought these because my old ones were getting shabby after probably 5 or 8 years of use. I also wanted to try the ones without the laces since they always come undone. I do like them better without the laces, however, like was mentioned in other reviews, after a year or so, the fur lining is worn down to the leather. My old ones still have more lining in them than than the new ones. I still like them, but I am disappointed in the degraded quality.

Just ok - sole of the slipper has too much give. Based on the picture and description, i thought this would have more stability and foot support

These are excellent slippers. The ones that arrived here have laces, but at this point there are OK.

I, or my spouse, purchase these slippers for me every year. This year I received a pair of the wicked good slippers and was very disappointed to realize that the lining is much thinner than the previous slippers I have always received. They are not as warm because the lining is thinner. I have gone back to wearing the slippers from last year. I voiced my complaint to customer service in hopes they will convey my complaint to whomever manufactures these slippers. I guess this is part of the new "shrinkflation" because the price didn't shrink, just the quality.

I have been a Bean fan for years and satisfied always but these were a disappointment. Out of the box one shoe was narrower in the toe, poor stitching. Quality control dropped the ball. Ordered a replacement, hope it is right this time.

purchased slippers during December 2017. During my second winter of use, the sole detached from the main body in the toe area. I used duct tape to hold the slipper together. Still in use and comfortable after being broken in, but not attractive.. Picture included prior to retaping.

Color called "Black Spruce"..FYI - they are dark green! Don't know why they even have the word "black" in the description! Of course, they are well made, not as comfortable as other styles, but the biggest issue is the color. Beware - if you're looking for black slippers, you're not getting them here. Even with the name "Black Spruce", they obviously green!!!

My husband has worn these slippers for years & is on his 3rd pair. They arrived today, but the tag is on the inside of the shoe & very uncomfortable. He cut them off, but they still stick out. He has worked on it, & they are finally wearable. For such an expensive slipper, please do not put a tag inside. Other than that, they are well made & comfortable!
