Very comfortable lightweight shoe. I wear an extra wide width, but not available. I was hoping these would stretch - and they did after wearing multiple times. I have 3 pairs (dark brown, black, and light gray).

There is something pokey in the inside area if both heels. I can feel it when I put my feet in, but not when feeling around with my hand.

My second pair. Both pairs got larger size (8) and a W. I usually wear a 7.5 M. Did the size increase after reading a customers comment. Did need the larger size and width. Second pair slipped on easier than the first as wider and not as straight cut in foot bed. Do recommend but get larger size.

These are cute mules, but they are the wrong shape for my foot (short, wide toes, narrow heel). If you have a long slender foot, these might be the shoes for you. Also, I followed the advice of another reviewer who said to go up half a size and order wide. I did these things, and the shoe fit in length but not in width.

I wear a 7.5 M and first pair I purchased a 7.5 W. They took several days before not feeling tight even though a wide. I did keep them and then ordered this second pair in a 8 W. They are easier to slip on around the house. I wear this brown 8 W around the house. The first pair, black 7.5 W I wear outside. I do like the shoes, which you could get additional inserts. Get in a wide if you get them.

At first these feel a bit snug, but that just keeps them on your feet. Very cute and good arch support.

Wow I wanted to like these! I’m old and have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome which affects my ankle joints, so I was looking for a very lightweight clog house shoe with a bit of a heel that had space for my orthotics. I have been wearing Crocs but my foot slides around because they are so wide that they were causing pain. These were very comfortable, but I really clomped along loudly! They were heavy and it felt like my foot was tearing away from my leg each time I picked up my foot (thanks, Ehlers-Danlos). I ended up going with an Easy Spirit that didn’t have the heel, but are feather-light. Kudos to Zappos for making it so easy to try different styles and send the rejects back!

Just what I was looking for! They're easy to slip on and off, and they have excellent arch support.

usually I am a size 8N (or maybe 8.5N), so I ordered both of these sizes & both were to long -- I wound up going to DSW because they were the only shoe stores who had size 7.5N left (Zappos was sold out of size 7.5N) -- 7.5N wound up fitting me perfectly

These were really soft and comfy, but they felt almost sloppy on my foot. It might be because the top is made of a stretchy material that gives a lot. It didn't have enough arch support for me and I can't put my orthotics in clogs, so I need to return them.

The sole was solid and not flexible as I had anticipated.

Not for my feet.... Even with ordering 1/2 size larger than I usually order, they were not wide enough for me.... Also the sole is very hard and made noise on my brick floor..... Returned.

Narrow was not a true narrow, too wide.

Thought they were very comfortable, but I think I could have used a narrower width. Seemed a bit short.

They appeared to have good arch support. The left foot was too large but I might have added an insole were it not for the fact that the shoe left black skid marks on my soft linoleum floor. The marks came of only with Oops remover. That was a deal breaker. The shoes were packed into a too small box so the tag on the top of the shoe was distorted.

My "big toes" are about half an inch longer than the rest of my toes, so shoes with a very rounded front usually push uncomfortably on my big toes, which is what happened in this shoe. And, as is often the case, the width "Narrow" was not actually a AA (maybe more like "A" or even "B"). Shoe was not comfortable, and was too wide. So had to return. Shoe is cute, though.

No awesome feeling with these shoes--clumsy and floppy on me. They are going back soon!

I only made it 3 steps on my tile floor before I nearly slipped and fell. The soles of these shoes are *dangerously* slippery.
