These shoes have gotten a lot of use and are still as comfortable as the first time I tried them on. Great arch support and breathability that make it barely noticeable I’m standing on my feet all day. Would have given it a full 5 stars, but they scuff a little easier than I would like.

I ordered blue. It is so dark I think they are black. Other than not being the color I thought I was buying, they are perfect.

These are pretty good - more comfortable than the Dansko Professionals that I've worn for the past few years. They are softer, lighter, and more comfortable.
But I will never stop missing the Danskos I got hooked on 25 years ago. I used to buy a new pair every year, and I loved them - could walk forever, my feet never hurt. They changed starting about a decade ago - the soles are harder, and more plasticky, and also less stable - and I've yet to find a pair of Danskos that match the ones I used to love.
I think these will be a well-worn pair of shoes, and hopefully they will keep my feet happy for many miles. But boy what I wouldn't give for Dansko to bring back its old models, its old souls, and my old happiness with its shoes!

Bought this shoe in a 6, and I had to remove the extra sole because it made the shoe entirely too tight for me. Even then, I wore this shoe for 8 hours, and my feet have never hurt as bad as they did wearing these! Not sure if I should have sized up or if it was just the fact that I have no arch in my foot.

I mean let’s face it, these are not stylish; however, as a physician they are the only shoes I will stand in the OR for 12 hours in. The sizing in this particular color combo is off a bit, usually wear a 40 but they were like a full size too big (I’m usually a 9.5-10). Had to exchange for a 39 which I am still waiting on. Biggest pet peeve is having to get a new pair bc u cannot buy new inserts but have to replace the whole shoe when only inside worn.

I use to wear Dansko's a while back and have just now come back to them. The fit is perfect. My feet are just adjusting to the feel of the shoe and are a bit tired at the end of the day. The color stated on the box is Slate, but to my eyes has some purple swirls that make the grey different. Nubuck that is so soft to touch. Love these shoes.

I own several other Dansko styles that I love, but this was my time trying the professional (XP 2.0)
Pros: The cushy inner sole and platform make for a good base. Lightweight.
Cons: The arch at the inner side of my foot is uncomfortably high for me. The ridge along the top entry of the shoe dug into my foot. Not a fan of the “marbled” gray color, which has a lavender hue to it.

I’ve bought these XP 2.0 Danskos before, in a different color, which were the most wonderfully cushioned of any Dansko I’d had before. So I was really looking forward to having the same feel in these black ones. But they are not the same, not as cushioned. I’m keeping them, but I hope Dansko tightens up its quality control.

I ordered a pair of Dansko XP 2.0 in a size 38, which is my normal EURO shoe size. I decided to order them in a wide since I have some significant foot issues. They were enormous. I then ordered them in a size 27 regular. They are still at least a half size too big. I am now ordering a size 36 regular in hopes of getting it right. According to the shoe size a 36 is a 5.5-6 US. There are no other circumstances where I have sized down this far. That said fingers crossed. Aside from the sizing game --- the shoes are very well made and have great arch support -- well worth the money.

Very comfortable!
I wear these Monday through Friday and my feet never ache after my shift as long as I am wearing these! I didn’t have any real break in time with these. They were super comfy straight out of the box! My only complaint is that they did not hold up as well on the inside. I’ve had this pair for about a year and the inside is falling apart. The regular XP held up better.

These clogs are TOO CUTE, and well made and comfortable- but the size 40 ( patent Mosaic) was too tight, and the 41 was waaaay too big. ( I wear a 9 1/2 W in Clarks).
Sadly, I have to return them. Dansko fits are all over the place depending in the color/leather. I needed to buy a size 40 in the navy water-proof " pull-up" leather ( Dansko XP 2.0) . The leopard print XP 2.0 fit me in size 41. I also kept a pair of patent Professional clogs in size 40 which fit well. THANK YOU Zappos for your generous return policy!

I really love Danskos, model XP 2 . Good solid support for long walks, and I liked the whimsical pattern on these shoes.

Love these but had to return. I have been a Dansko clog wearer for 30 years. I have always the professionals and love the fact that Dansko finally made a clog that is not so heavy or hard; but sadly, my normal size of 42 in Dansko was way too big and the 41 way too small. Dansko sizing is all over the place these days, so you have to try every single pair on. Returned these but so was hoping to have something softer for my now very sensitive feet with many foot issues. I went back to the normal Professionals in spite of how heavy and how hard they are. They still offer the best support.

I got these Dansko's to wear for surgery and ob/gyn rotations as a med student. These shoes definitely helped me survive standing in the OR for hours on end. The are the best version of Dansko clogs I tried. However, they are heavy and clunky. Generally they aren't a comfortable walking shoe just because they are so heavy.

Purchased: Dansko XP 2.0, size 38 wide, black patent
My current pair of Dansko Professionals size 38 are too snug to feel comfortable (w/o socks) during the summer when my feet swell a bit, so I thought a pair of 38 wide would solve the problem. It was also my first XP 2.0 purchase.
The XP 2.0 are very comfortable - no problem there. However, the 38 wide size was way too large. Instead of feeling like a roomier 38, the clogs felt like an entirely different size - 39 or even 40; and the heels seemed very wide, too. I tried heavy socks and it was ok, but that's not what I want to do all the time. So, I gifted them to a good friend. Disappointed.

I ordered a 39 when in fact I ended up being a 38 in Dansko. Regardless they still seemed excessively wide compared to all the other Dansko clogs I’ve had in the past. This was the first time I tried the XP. I returned them and just ordered the professionals in 38.

To Rachel who wrote a review 10/15, I know people who have sent used beat up Danskos back to Dansko and they replace them. I know one girl who had a pair that developed a problem after a year, she sent them to Dansko and they sent her a new pair. You could try that.
For the review: I’m an ICU nurse and I’ve had both Dansko Xp and pro for years. They’re all I will wear at work. These clogs are not perfect and my feet still hurt at times but I have literally never found anything better than Danskos. I think if you have a job where you’re in your feet most of the time, sometimes your feet are just going to hurt a little. Get the Danskos. You won’t be sorry.

There is nothing wrong with this shoe - it fit true to size and width, seemed to have good arch support, but within a minute I could tell that it would not have the shock absorption that I - overweight and missing all the cartilage in one knee - need. I sent them back, bummed, but I have to have a lot more cushion than what this shoe has. I would recommend them for the average person with no caveats, though - a great shoe, just not for someone like me.

I always wear a size 39 in Dansko Professionals, and I'm usually a US size 8 or 8-1/2. I purchased the XP 2.0 in my usual 39, but they were too big and I'm returning them. I'm keeping the Navy 39 Professionals that I also bought, as they're true to size. The next time I'm ready to buy a new pair of Danskos, I'll try the XP 2.0 in a 38. I liked the soft footbed on the XP 2.0, but for now I'll stick with my tried-and-true Professionals.

i really liked these shoes. unfortunately, i returned them because after a while when i would be wearing them, the bottoms of my feet felt like they were “burning.” i work 16 hour shifts so i need something more comfortable. they style is great! i might try again in the future, but for now, i returned them. i ordered a 40W and they fit for the most part, but the tips of my toes brushed the top of the shoe, so if i order again, i’d go with a 41.

These are a very solid shoe and pretty cute, for a black clog. I got the tooled design so it has a little personality. I'm not a nurse but needed a solid comfortable shoe, especially after having both hips replaced and returning to work at a sit/stand desk job. They are softer inside than the regular Professional, which is really nice. But they are softer, not soft...the regular ones are very hard. I find them just right for me. You do have to get used to how they are worn and know that they are not snug on the heel or the toe, but in the right size, they do not come off. You just walk in them almost like you're barefoot. My feet feel free. I think they work your legs more to "keep you in line" since they are a rigidly structured shoe. I had a bit of break in period near a pinky toe where it would rub a little and on the band across my arch, which felt tight... but now I don't notice after intermittent office wear. My only complaint about these shoes is that even though I have high arches, the arch is quite substantial and can make my left arch ache if I wear them too long. It actually felt better in the next size up, but the shoe was too loose, so I wore them in spurts in the office to see if it would ease up, and either they have adjusted to my feet or my feet have adjusted - at least enough that I will keep them because they are a relief to stand in and kind of fun to walk in since you don't feel them very much. I wish they came in more office- and regular-life-friendly colors (and not just black and dark), because as adorable as the fun styles are, I can't justify the cost for a shoe that doesn't go with my clothes. If you've never worn these, I advise that you try them indoors on the surface you'll likely be wearing them most, a little at a time, and see if they are, or become, comfortable after increasing your time in them. They are pricey, but they are extremely solid. I love Danskos. They take some getting used to in many styles, but they are certainly well made and the footbeds are very supportive. Also, my clogs don't always squeak, but sometimes they do, and so do my Dansko walking/hiking shoes (always). Apparently, it's a thing, and not actually a defect, and there are fixes on various websites. If they do squeak you'll have to decide whether it's annoying enough to give them up.
