The fit and comfort mean nothing if the shoe wears out in a couple of months. The pair I ordered are only 3 months old and have had fairly light use, but I already have holes appearing above my big toe on each shoe! My previous Nike sneakers lasted about 4 years before that happened.

My athletic shoes usually run from 10.5 to 11. Ordered these in recommended 10.5 but had to replace them with 11. Medium width is a bit snug but length is fine. Comfortable shoe and nice looking. Should be good for walking and everyday use or even the gym. Mesh material will be cool in the hotter summer days but I wouldn't wear these outside in winter or cooler temps. Nice cushy sole should be good for my knees and hips.

Fit, size, comfort, support was all good

My wife turned me on to Asics ten years ago, and I have never been disappointed. These Gel-Excite 9s are lightweight and offer plenty of comfortable support. For someone like me (5'10", 185 lbs.) who does distance running on the street, but doesn't have perfect form, these are fantastic.

Possibly my best Asics purchase! I received my order in two days and they fit great right out of the box!

These shoes look and feel great, but they don't last. I've had mine a little less than a year and they have tears and holes in the nylon. I wear them for about an hour each day when I walk the dog. There's no way they should be falling apart with that little use.

These were excellent until they started developing a hole in the mesh, above my big toe. Second different Asics model that does this, except this time it was after less than 3-400 hours of walking. I've been an Asics customer for about 15 years, but this may have been the last Asics for me. The quality is obviously going to the toilet. I still have other Asics shoes that are 3-5 years old and perfectly usable. This one was 6 mos old. Not to mention their habit of "upgrading" the models in the last few years, so good luck finding again the same shoe, or the proper size.

I am not a runner, rather walk regularly. Within in one month tears appeared on each shoe, each on the outside by pinky toe. Coming up on a year in April. Have new holes at big toe. This is after walking less in the winter. I usually like ASICS, would not buy this style again.

Good everyday sneaker, slight heel rub with thinner socks, good toe box.

Comfort and support right out of the box. Sorry I spent so much time on Skechers, never again. Relief from arthritis pain immediately. I still have arthritis, but walking is so much more comfortable with proper arch and heal support. Good looking too. I told my brother about these shoes and he told me he has worn them for years. I am late to the party, but wont be again. My new go to sneaker.
