The tongue is too short and thin. It makes my foot sore when I wear these. I have other Brooks that are wonderful.

I really wanted to like them. They helped correct a few of my pain issues with their support. However, I couldn't get a proper lacing pattern that didn't hurt the tendon on the top of my foot. I didn't know if it was the thin tongue or what, but 12 runs and no relief. I talked to a few other runners who had a similar experience.

They feel narrow in the front of the sneaker. My 4th & 5th toes have been sore since I started wearing them.

Haven't purchased new shoes in a while. These seemed to be a lower quality version than my last pair of Launch GTS. The tongue has less padding. No label like previous sneakers or other sneakers. Maybe things have trimmed down since my last purchase. I dont know. The shoe strings seem to be more plastic and less quality. The fit is loose in the heel and angle area. There's not doing mountain climbers or hill climbs in these shoes without them slipping off. I am to go in store to return and ask questions, but haven't made it yet.

It's ok at best. Definitely a cheaper made shoe and with less cushioning, you'll want to size down a half size at least.

These are not my favorite. I love the glycerin style, so these feel very different. I would have returned them honestly but didn't want to go through the hassle. The tongues of these shoes are super thin and flimsy so they always get very twisted when I'm putting them on. I also got wides, and they feel loose yet tight at the same time. I've adjusted the laces both looser and tighter, and my feet still feel cramped and yet move around at the same time. It's hard to describe without wearing them. I'll splurge for the glycerin support shoes next time.

I've got slightly wider feet: not W wide, but wide enough to make a lot of women's running shoes uncomfortable/unwearable. Which is why I made the switch to Brooks a couple years ago. The Launch GTS 8 was probably one of the most perfect pairs of shoes I've ever had the pleasure of owning, even broken down I wore them well past their expiration date simply for comfort. I was really excited for my next pair. However the 9 is made with a completely different material. At first glance and try-on, I didn't love the material but I trusted that it would be better (that there was a reason for the more plastic feeling mesh, whether it was for accommodating sweat and hard use/longevity/structural integrity/etc). Unfortunately, whatever the reason for the change, the bottom line is, the toe box is much tighter than the previous version. No give, and no way to loosen it with the laces. My toes go numb within a couple minutes of putting on the shoes every single time I try to wear them. I'm pretty devastated, to be honest. I prefer a shoe that's close to the ground (no puffiness/squish) and the Launch is a really well balanced shoe for various activities, not just running. I wanted so badly to love these shoes but after trying on most of the lineup including this pair I'm pretty underwhelmed and kind of disappointed. For now I'm relying on a pair of Sauconys, so really hoping the next gen for Brooks returns to standard.

I ordered wide width and it was labeled wide width, yet, the shoe is very narrow. I can wear the shoe while walking a short distance, but have to change into another pair of shoes for comfort. As pricey as my Brooks were, I wish they were perfect.

Was not aware that this had so much support and it's not the most comfortable. These are my 3rd pair of Brooks and I love them because they hold up well for my aerobics. I decided to try the extra support, because I seem to go through the neutral support quickly, however it feels too stiff and not as comfortable as expected. It's a well built shoe and if you need ultra support, it's the one.

I absolutely loved the color, but the heels were very big. The overall quality of the shoe is not what I have come to expect from Brooks. They feel quite flimsy. I’m disappointed.

Typically a 6.5 but always size up to 7 for athletic shoes. the 7 was way to long and did not work for me. The print on this one is fun and would have loved it but another shoe won out.

The toe has a hard bend, stiff, but is not to wide. I previously had transcend and always felt it was wide. The mid is wide but it may be wide as the shoe runs big. I am returning to get a half size smaller and hoping that works out. The heel feels very comfortable.

They feel cheap. They make my feet sweat. The shoe laces are cheap. I have Brooks Ghost as my first pair of Brooks shoes and should have bought those instead since I love them but was trying to save a little money since these were on sale. I thought, how bad could they be, they're Brooks. I can only wear these for short walks.

Did not fit well- rubs my heel, need insoles for extra arch support and with those my heel really comes out. Just not happy with them and would prefer HOKAS. Very cool style/looks though-

Actually I am not a runner, I am a waitress. I have perscription insoles. My first pair of Brooks were great. Felt great from day one. This pair was good the first day, then started to hurt my feet. So I wear them to work and bring my old ones with me. I usually have to change them about 4 hours into a shift. It's been a few weeks now and I'm disappointed that they still hurt and not getting better. Plus, the shoelaces keep coming undone.

I am not happy with this shoe. I've been wear Launch for years and buy at least 2 per yr because I walk about 40-50 mi a week. These new shoes seem more narrow and not as chushioned as my previous ones. i should have bought the Launch 8 again. I do not like the changes in the 9

They were way too large. It was like they were Men's shoes. I returned them, and have never worn them because they didn't fit at all.

I am writing this review as a repeat customer, but this shoe does not compare to the others. I've had it for four months and it is already coming apart in the front, which has never happened before. I have narrow feet so these would have been perfect if it weren't for the fact that I could only get four months out of these. My previous two pairs lasted at least a year, one pair is still going, two years later. I've never had a shoe literally rip apart. Unfortunately, these won't make it past this month. Not sure if I will purchase again.

I love how they look, but the soles are already wrinkled and the first time I did more than just walk up the block they gave me a huge blister on my heel.
