I ordered the Ecco Sport Therap Lace in hopes of finding something that would be supportive and ease my ball of foot pain. The Ecco is wonderful! Fits true to size and my feet love them. I also like the light salmon color because it goes with everything. Thanks Zappos!

I usually wear a 7 in athletic shoes so that my toes have room to splay out with each step. I like to use the laces to tighten the rest of the shoe as needed, but toes need room! These were super comfy but the 38 (marked as 7-7.5) felt like at least an 8. I had almost 3 fingers' width between the end of my big toe & the end of the footbed. Trying the 37 instead.

The high section at the back of the ankle rubbed with every step. Everything else was good, especially the style. Sadly, I had to sent them back. Zappos makes returns simple, and free!

It is cute and in good quality. But the size is really confusing. I usually wear size 8, so I ordered size 8-8.5 but ended up too big. I returned it and reordered one one size down, 7-7.5. Unfortunately, it was still too loose. Thankfully, I am able to exchange it to size 6-6.5?, (never worn this small size before). However, I do like them. Simple, beautiful and looks really good.

Loved the new material... I buy 1/2 size larger to fit my orthodics in... Perfect fit.. Comport and support - you get your monies worth.

This item runs a little big and very roomy in the toe area, however I decided to keep them and wear thicker socks with them.

Like the other reviews, this shoes runs really large. I sent back two different sized pairs. AND, I believe the materials are incorrectly advertised as having leather uppers, but it's rubber or synthetic, just like the sole.

Fit is true to size and very comfortable from the start.

I own other Ecco shoes and these were too big on me. The heel was very loose and the toe box is long, so I am returning. I thought they were a cute alternative to “sneakers” for casual wear. They are not a “breathable” material, but are kind of cool looking as a casual shoe.

The toe was much narrower than I expected. I didn‘t care for the extra thick sole. They are beautiful shoes, but they did not work for me.

This shoe runs big!!

Way too long in the toe!

I had the same problem as noted by another wearer -- there was a rough spot on the high back of one shoe that rubbed annoyingly. Might have been a cute comfy shoe otherwise, and I tried several times in the house to see if it would improve, different socks didn't help, etc. Also thought about exchanging for another pair but I've done too many returns so I didn't want to press my luck and was happy when I could still do this return at least, but now back to the drawing board elsewhere.
