Very disappointed in the way that this bag came packaged. It just came in a plastic bag, there was no paper in the bag to keep it stuffed, nothing to protect the chain or logo on purse. It makes me wonder if it was not brand new and used. I have order many other things before from Zappos and they are always packed like they are brand new.

The leather is nice quality, however did not like how the bag came packaged . The chain on the bag was not wrapped in paper to protect it, the tags were not attached. It wasn't packed like the way Tory Burch ships their items. It was in a clear plastic bag. Makes me wonder if the bag was used and not brand new.
