I love this coat it’s wonderful but GuessWhat it has a giant hole in one of the pockets and I lost a pair glasses within the first hour

I have tried purchasing this coat twice thru Zappos. First time I ordered a medium and a large. The medium fit but the ill placed pull string to adjust coat gave coat appearance of an umpire waist so I decided the size large fit better Unfortunately the large they sent LOOKED USED WITH BROKEN POCKET BUTTONS AND A STICKY RESIDUE on front of coat So I had to return both coats And place an additional order for another size Large . The 3rd purchase arrived and unfortunately it was an X-Large Instead of a Large and to make matters worse it had a dirty worn thinsulate glove attached to the sleeve. I returned that coat also and now have to wait till the credit is refunded back to my card in order to purchase again. Irregardless of the damaged coat or the wrong size the coat is very thick and made well. I would recommend to size up if your tall because of how that cinched umpire waist is. Coat does run big so you may need to size down.

Beautifully made, very warm vastly bulky not matter totally tightening the waist vast space from my body to the inside of coat hence COLD yet shoulders fit well or I would have returned it for a smaller size- I am 5' 7 1/2" 140 pounds. loved its length
