Super lightweight running shoe... Almost feels like you have nothing on. Great shoe. I did put arch supports in the shoes but I do that for all my running shoes. It does run a half size small. I wear a 10 men's and ordered 10.5. Happy with the shoe so far.

I have a myriad of foot problems and major difficulty finding running shoes that work for me. These do! They do seem to run a bit small….I normally wear an 8 in running shoes but I think an 8.5 would fit better. They have plenty of cushion but barely any drop (heel to toe) which is crucial to keep my Morton’s neuroma from flaring up. The toe box is wide enough to accommodate my bunions and allow my toes to move freely. I have a narrow heel and these give very little heel slip. The uppers are very flexible. I wear custom orthotics (half length) and these shoes actually accommodate them just fine! Overall I’m thrilled and I’ll be buying more Newtons in the future. Bonus—-they’re cute too!

shoes lightweight but had terrible heel pain
