This was a boot, but the picture was a pair of heels, which is what I thought I ordered. There's an error on the webiste..

Love the boot but some of the other reviews were true, these do run small. I am a 7.5 but will need a size 8. I will be making an exchange for a half size up. Even though they are too small, the boot is very light and has a very comfortable foot bed.

Why can't shoe companies get the sizes correct????!!!!

I have a narrow foot but the AA was too tight. I will try the M and I hope it fits. I love the style.

Love these boots!! I have a narrow foot and find most vanelis size narrow too wide but these are perfect. I agree with the other reviews that you need to size up 1/2 a size. I am usually a size 8.5 N but ordered the 9 N and they fit great.

I normally wear a 9.5 or 10, had to get a 10.5. Beautiful bootie though. Just make sure you size up, I would say a full size!!

A little too tight everywhere and no give - very stiff..

First I ordered the narrow and returned as they were too tight. This pair was medium width and very snug and uncomfortable. Nothing felt good in this shoe. Without my orthotics, the support was ok, but the boots hurt my feet all over. I returned these.

I ordered a 10 wide… these are not wide at all. The ankle is very skinny too and I couldn’t even zip up the boot. The instep zipper is awkward and hard to get your foot into the shoe because it does not open very wide. Overall very disappointed with the quality control and sizing of this shoe. This is a narrow shoe at best.
