Great hiking shoe! I just returned from a trip in Utah; hiked all five National Parks in these shoes.

Great shoes! I wore them daily in Arizona. I would say they are more tennis shoe than hiking boot so walking over rocks I was able to feel them more than I would have liked. I love the shoes though and hiking dirt trails was perfect in these.

I love it when shoes are available in wide sizes. Unfortunately these were still too narrow in me as the arch hit in a weird place mid-foot. I have never had that happen with a wide shoe (only regular width shoes), so I think these wides really aren't very wide after all. I will be sending these back, unfortunately. They are cute so it is a bummer!

My regular size is 8,5 M so that what I have ordered. But had to re-order half size down. Got 8 M and the fit is perfect with thin or thick socks. Accommodate my bunions without any trouble. Light weight, comfortable and stylish.

These boots are so cute! The only bad thing about these boots are that they run big. But then again sometimes I use double socks or thick socks when hiking, so running big isn't that bad. But if you don't wear double socks or wear thick socks, I recommend going down a size.

A super comfortable fit. The toe box size was perfect for my foot and I love the support for my heel and ankle. Love this shoe.

I have average width feet but I have bunions so I ordered a wide in these boots and they fit perfectly. They are so comfortable right out of the box and very light. I wore them every day for 2 weeks on a trip across europe that involved hiking, rain and city walking and I didn't get a single blister or pain point. I can't recommend them more. I wish they had them in more colors.

I put them on and was ready to get out to the trail! I have worn Ryka walkers for years now, so I had confidence the hikers would be just right, And they are, Good fit, good support, good comfort.

Love my Ryka hiking boots! I havent taken them out on the AZ trails yet. However as soon as I did try them on they fit like a glove! That's what I like about my Ryka Devotion tennis shoes and these hiking boots, they are comfy from the first time you put them on.

I bought these a few months ago, and I LOVE them! So comfortable. I wear them for work as well as hiking, and I receive compliments on them every day, even from men!! I originally ordered a 9, and exchanged them for an 8.5 as they seem to run large.

Love these!!! I needed a supportive shoe for some hiking near home. These are a perfect fit, and out of the box, I hiked for 3 hours in hilly terrain in comfort. My foot felt very stable in the shoe.

These are some of the prettiest and nicest hiking boots I've owned! They are super comfortable and great to wear for any long walks or trips. I love they're water proof and were perfect for our winter trip to Italy, where we did so much walking.

I tried hiking shoes and boots from four different companies. (Thank you Zappos for being the most generous company in the world!) After weighing the comfort, weight, tread, style, this shoe was the winner. I have very fussy feet and foot problems, and these boots checked all of the boxes. They are light enough to not weigh me down on long hikes. My heels didn’t slip, my bunions didn’t hurt, and the boots gave me great support on my foot and heel without being constricting and too tight. These are water repellent. The only way they would be better is if they were waterproof.

These Ryka - Summit Mid Top Hiker Boots are awesome. They are very comfortable. They are water repellent and keep your feet nice and dry. They have extra arch and heel support so you can comfortably wear them for extended periods of time. I love that they are cute looking and have great traction. These are my new favorite and go to hiking boots! Once you try them there's no going back!

Needed a pair of comfy walking shoes for my upcoming trip to Scotland. These supplement my heavy duty Lowa hiking boots for the easy walking days. My feet measure 6 3/4 length and are wide across the toe box, so I wear size 7W in street shoes and 7.5W in running/hiking footwear. Purchased Ryka boots in 7W and 7.5W, and the 7Ws were perfect (even with Superfeet inserts).

The Ryka Summary Mild hiker boot is a fantastic choice of footwear for walking. This boot is very lightweight and unlike other hiking boots that are heavy. The arch support is on point with comfort and for long-distance walking. These shoes are easy to tie up and stay tied with no issues. They are very sleek with the looks and waterproof when it rains or snows. The tread is also fantastic for walking and comfort. Ihave walked on ice and snow with these boats, and they kept my feet warm, and I was able to walk on slick areas without am falling. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a boot to wear if you walk a lot hike.

I loved the first pair I purchased that I exchanged my Hoka One One hiking shoes that were too narrow for these hiking boots. They are unbelievably comfortable and look so good I wish they came in more colors.

I’m obsessed with these. My feet are so beyond comfortable in these I’m getting a second pair. One for dirty hikes and the other just to wear daily.

Purchased about 3 weeks ago. It has exceeded my expectations. I wear 8.5 wide and it fits perfectly, looks cute and the laces stayed tied in a double knot that is easy to remove. Hiked on a steep wet trail with leaves, gravel and ruts with sure footing.

I really wanted to keep this cute Ryka boot, but the fit is weird, not perfect like other Ryka styles. I always wear a 7, but ordered this in a 6.5, as other reviews suggested. That length was just right, but these boots just don't have any lateral support. They allow my feet to pronate inwards at the arch area and the insole just feels like an odd fit, not comfy like the Devotion and Devotion XT Mid. The outsoles are flexible, which I need, but there isn't enough cushion level all the way to the toes.
I'd also recommend:

Had to return these as the sole was too thin and flexible for my needs. I am usually an 8, sometimes wide. 7.5 medium was correct size for me for this style. Extremely lightweight. Seem well made.

As others have mentioned they seem to run a little big. But I tried them on with very thin socks. Super comfortable and nice looking but I can't really figure out how they are much different than my sneakers, beyond being a big higher around the ankle. The soles are the same thickness as my AllBirds Dasher running shoe. So, the jury's still out on whether I keep them as I can just as easily wear tennis shoes.

These were true to size for length and width for me. I love that I can use my own orthotic in them. They feel more like a sneaker than a hiking boot, which is what I assumed. I'll only do light hiking in them. They are very lightweight. My only complaint is that the laces were a bit short, which meant there was not much there to tie and therefore they came untied during my first hike. I've since bought longer laces to remedy that. I have Ryka walking shoes in the same size and width and didn't have that problem with them.
