I LOVE these wedges. The lines are simple and feminine, and the platform and up-curved toe provides a nice, smooth step - unlike other, clunkier wedges. I should add that I have wider feet than average, and these provide plenty of room - in fact, I might need to add a liner, because with leather this soft, I can tell they are going to stretch over time. One DOWN side is that the leather wrapping on the wedge is soo soft and thin that it is easily scuffed/scraped. I would not call it durable, and it will not likely “age” well. Once you scuff it, the base material will show through. It’s kinda weird, actually - almost as if it’s painted on. So be careful with these beauties.

These are WONDERFUL. Finally, a beautiful, upscale pair of heels with arch support. The curve of the heel is lovely, and the padding is excellent. I was on my feet for hours with these.

These are a dream. I have never bought shoes this expensive before except Uggs. But let me tell you....TOTALLY WORTH IT. they are like walking on a cloud, very feminine on my feet and dainty looking. I never wear heals anymore because of my arthritis in my knees. But I can totally wear these with confidence. they are gorgeous and I can wear them with everything and pretty much anywhere too! Thank you for the speedy delivery, just in time for my trip to Nashville!

Stylish, high quality, soft leather and very, very comfortable. These shoes provide real arch support, a very rare feature in a heel or wedge! These can be dressed up or down. Although they have a platform and wedge, the lines are graceful and so do not look clunky. I purchased them in nude, which is very versatile. I ordered eight pairs of shoes hoping to find one that would provide enough support and look great, and these were the clear winner. A bit more expensive than some others I tried but absolutely worth it. Love them!

My foot waivers between a 10 and 11 (no one makes a 10.5). I tend to work better with the 11, but it was too big in this case, so ordering a size 10 to see how it goes. The shoe is very soft leather and beautiful. The straps were all too big on the bigger size, so I had trouble walking, but seems like the arch support would be a great benefit. Will come back and review when I get the smaller size.

These are the most comfortable heels I own. I’m 50 years old and can wear them a solid 6 hours with zero problems. Love! Going to buy the black ones next.

I wear 9.5 narrow and the 9 fits well. I cannot wear other high heels, because I find them to be too painful but I can dance all night in these. The cork is my fourth pair!

Love these sandals, super nice padded and contoured insole for comfort, also very noisy when walking because air is trapped under my feet and make loud farting noises, love them anyway because the comfort, wearing them almost every day to work and shopping, the noise they do make when wearing them is no problem for me.

I usually wear a 7.5 or 8. I tried both and the 8 fit better. These shoes are beautiful and so soft. I've been looking for black sandals with a thinner strap and am SO glad to have found these. Love them!!

not a true white, looked too old lady for my tastes. If they had fit and I had liked the style better, I'm sure they would have been very comfortable

Stylish, versatile and comfortable! L'Amour Des Pieds Idelle has good arch support and cushioning. I ordered the size 7 which fit me well. The widest part of the footbed is 3-3/8" and the length is 9-3/4". My feet are wider than average (but NOT wide) with a very high arch. No pinching, no rubbing, though the ankle straps are slightly loose for my thin ankles (a common problem I have). I hope that this brand offers more simple, updated-classic styles, and neutral colors (such as nude, gold, silver, light gray & taupe) in the future.

These shoes are amazing! The leather is so soft it’s like butter! Thrilled that I found these and they are worth every penny! These will be my best friends to walk around Europe when I’m not wearing flats !!This

I loved these shoes until I wore them, which was only once. Finding comfortable shoes that are also attractive is a challenge. I had an upcoming Gala, and purchased these to wear with a Stylestalker dress. Looked cute and we're comfortable. The downside is the bottom of the heel came loose, and the tissue paper thin leather wrap on the heel peeled off. I am not particularly hard on shoes. The Gala was indoors with a carpeted entrance from the valet to the door. Shoeber will pick them up and repair them for $45.00 I feel that a pair of $200.+ wedges should hold together better for one wearing, but I am going to have them repaired because I haven't found anything as comfortable that can be worn day to most night/evening wear.

Nice shoes just too tall for me

Received my shoes today 4/18... well, after I opened the package I became speechless. I don’t even tried it because the condition of pair was “ ouch”. My overall expression is that shoes ( I got in nude color) just plain dull and poorly, I mean really poorly made. Over $200 for these? Nope, they don’t cost that amount as nearly, and honestly speaking, I had never seen anything like this before. I think if you really want to have a nice pair you need to look for a real Italian once. Not disappointed but shocked.

Not sure why these didn’t work for me as they have other excellent reviews. I found them to be uncomfortable and hard insoles. I don’t wear heels and needed a pair for a cocktail party so I purchased these for the comfort factor that other reviews were boasting about. The other reviewers must wear stilettos on a regular basis if they found these comfortable. Give them a try if you’re accustomed to wearing heels but if heels are uncomfortable for you look elsewhere.

Sandals are adorable and very comfortable. Love the height. I was able to wear them for many hours walking around without an issue.

A very comfortable shoe. I like the All-leather aspect, the relatively and soft foot bed and the slim style. It is a big shoe as it is a wedge and has a high sole all over. I haven't worn it yet but I am looking forward to doing so.

These are the most comfortable wedge sandals I've ever had. I bought the nude pair first and tried the pewter color. Unfortunately, I had to return the pewter pair b/c the picture made them look more metallic and less glittery. When I received them, the heel was much for glittery than what was in the picture. I'm looking for a more casual look so returned, but the quality and comfort is unbeatable. I am hoping that Zappos gets the black color back in stock in my size 5.5. I would definitely buy again. They are worth the money for sure.
