I've only used it twice but it's nice. Comfortable if you have small ears. There is a bit of hard plastic around the ear part though. The sound quality isn't the best but it gets the job done.

Earmuffs are great, 5 stars. But I received them with only half of the box and no instructions or anything else. I also ordered 3 pairs of footwear as gifts and paid for gift wrapping and they came with no wrapping. When I reached out I was told that they only provide the gift wrap but don't wrap the items even though I didn't receive any wrapping. And when I pointed out that it states that all of the items will come wrapped the same and the items can be identified at the bottom of the wrapping They stopped responding. I also placed an order yesterday ( Thursday) morning and paid for next day shipping as it's a gift needed for Sunday and i didn't get any updates. When I reached out I was told that next day shipping sometimes takes 24-48 hours to process. So why even offer next day shipping ?? My delivery is scheduled for 4 days from the day I placed my order even though I paid for next day shipping. I love Ugg products but they need to do more to train their employees. 0 stars for customer service. Sorry for the rant.

I am in love. I'm a heavy earmuff girl, love to down out the outside noise & these being headphones on top of that is the best thing ever. I'm never taking these off

When she found out they were Bluetooth she hardly took them off. Was excited to use them when she returns to campus in January.

I LOVE THEM!!! It was a bit confusing on how to turn them on and pair them. I had to watch a YouTube video lol. They fit perfectly, and the sound is amazing. Now I can keep listening to my music when I walk my dog at night and it's cold. Definitely glad I bought them.

I use my earmuff to keep my ears warm and listen to music at the same time. These earmuff are warm and sound sound great!!!

I purchased the Black and Tan earmuffs over the summer when they were on sale. Great quality and sound. Can monitor the battery usage in phone settings.

I bought the Bluetooth ear muffs in black as a Christmas gift for my daughter. She loves them but said the fur is a little itchy.

These are super cute and stylish, def help you keep your ears warm. However music quality is not too good, the volume is pretty low and the microphone is terrible. Can feel tight around your head after using them for a while. Looks great with every outfit tho!

I purchased two of these in black as gifts. Upon arrival, I opened one of them and really liked the quality. The fur was really soft, so I ordered one in chestnut for myself. However, I noticed a huge difference in quality when opening the second. While the other earmuff had really soft fur, the second was really rough and had a chunk of fur missing. As a result, I returned it and gave the one with soft fur to a friend. I was informed that the quality would differ since they are artificially dyed. However, I don't believe that explains why a chunk of fur would be missing. My chestnut one arrived with rough fur, but no fur was missing. The Bluetooth works fine, and the earmuffs keep my ears warm. It does its job, but I have yet to decide if I would be keeping these. I really wish it had arrived with the soft fur.

The ear muffs are comfy but the blue tooth doesn't work well in them.
