Finally found a pair of shoes I can wear to work that arent sneakers. I got them in 12W since I was worried about them being too narrow. I ordered another pair last night after walking around in them. Highly recommend, its been 2 days so I hope they continue to improve.

We drove from Denton to Lewisville to buy the new Isabel, which is shown online as being available in a wide variety of sizes and widths. Unfortunately, my size was not in stock, as usual, because it is a 5 1/2 or 6 wide. I get extremely frustrated being told that it can be ordered, which I know but resent not being able to try on a shoe. I just counted, and counting the Dream, I have 13 pairs, but most are sandals, one pair that is over 20 years old.(I have 3 pairs of Hurache Not one is a perfect fit, but they are closer than most brands. Tried on and bought the Dream, even though I needed a dress shoe. Recently when we were in the store, the Manager was there and waited on my husband. He received the measuring of his feet and recommendation of a different size than he had been wearing. He left the store as a happy customer. I feel captive of what is available in the nearest fit.

these are beautiful shoes and I'm only sorry that they are much too big for me. I ordered my usual size - not used to this brand. They are too wide for my foot.

I ordered a 5.5 W width and found this show to be too narrow across the toes. The shoe length fit find but just not comfortable across the toes. If you have wide feet choose double wide in these shoes.

These shoes are beautifully made-- the leather is smooth and finished, with no rough edges. The raised heel is the perfect height and the arch support is substantial. I am sorry to be returning them because the heels slip a lot when I walk, even though the fronts of the shoes fit perfectly. I've used the heel pads on other shoes in the past to prevent slipping, and they're never really satisfactory. If the heel were narrower, these shoes would be perfect.

SAS shoes are wonderful for your feet. The problem I had with these was of all things the arch support. I have “normal” arches and this shoe had more than needed support and hurt my feet.:-(

I ordered a C width but it was too narrow. (When I order a D width the heel usually slips off.) The rest of the shoe was moderately comfortable but not enough for standing for several hours.

I ordered 11.5 narrowmy usual SAS size. Shoe was longer and wider vs my other SAS favorites. I will keep it. However, if I had tried it on before purchase I would have left it in the store. Comfortablesort of ???

When I first tried them on they felt good. Unfortunately as I have worn them, they have become less so. They are not for taking walks or being on your feet all day. I will find more comfortable replacements.

I order my usual size for SAS products and was very pleased with this pair of casual shoes. However they were not sized as my regular 8 M. instead the shoes were very narrow and 1/2" shorter in length. Zappos was great about handling the return and refund. PS... I started buying only SAS products in 2009 and they make wonderful shoes, this may have been a fluke.

I really appreciated the comfort and support this shoe provided. I like how it stayed on my foot and that there was a velcro strap to help with that. I had been told it felt like a cloud and it really was that comfortable. However, my feet are an odd size and even though it fit in length wise and it didn't slip off my heel it pinched my toes on the side. I would say that is user error more that the shoe error.

While the color choices were very limited, went with blue, which is okay, but definitely not as desirable as black. Even though the extra wide shoe looks really narrow (because the base of the shoe is not made as wide as other extra wide shoes I've purchased from SAS), the shoe itself stretches to fit my extra wide foot. But the show is difficult to get on, for a slip on, so I had to purchase a shoe horn.

SAS Dream was stylish but alas, the fit was way off....far narrower than I was expecting for the size. Curiously, it also felt "looser" in the saddle/ankle portion of the shoe, so much so that the minimal arch support really didn't help. I was really hoping for this to be "the one" as I have been looking for a navy shoe of this style for some time, but this one didn't fit the bill. Sending it back.

I love the look of this shoe and it was comfortable in the store though my heels slipped a little. I didn't worry about it. Wore them out for the first time today and discovered not just heel slippage but, even though they're flexible, the stitching really rubbed my not-so-big bunions. I discovered that when I took the insole out they felt great--my foot was lower in the shoe so know rubbing and no slippage--so I guess I need to find a thin insole to replace it. That's a little disappointing because I like the construction of the insole the shoes came with but don't plan to use them. I would recommend with caveat.

I bought a pair of Dream within a year of when they first came out and boy, were my feet ever happy! That pair of Dream were so comfortable and they really cushioned my feet. I've had a lot of trouble with foot pain over the years and out of all the SAS shoes I've had, that pair of Dream was the best most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. Unfortunately, I wore them out after a few years and bought a new pair, then another new pair a half size bigger, and neither pair were as comfortable as my first pair. They didn't seem to be as wide across the toe as my very 1st pair nor did they feel as cushiony as my very 1st pair. Plus the soles felt thinner in the ball of foot area than when the Dream first came out. I've worn SAS shoes for many years. They helped ease my foot pain a lot. Then when I tried the Dream for the 1st time I was beyond thrilled. I'm guessing maybe SAS made a few changes to how the Dream was first made, possibly to save money? After wasting my hard-earned money on 3 pairs (yep, I tried 1 more time to get the same comfortable shoe I originally bought a few years prior) I decided to try a different brand. I used to recommend SAS shoes but after my experience with the Dream I don't recommend them as much. Even more unfortunate, I'm not the only person who has noticed the difference from when Dream first came out to how it's made now. Even worse, I almost bought 2 pairs the first time but didn't because I assumed they'd be made the same way. Needless to say, I'm still kicking myself for not buying 2 pairs the first time.

These are by far the most comfortable shoes I have ever put on my feet. I absolutely loved them -- until I looked in the mirror. They are absolutely geriatric looking. I guess I should have known from looking at the picture before I ordered but I was hoping.... Wanted to keep them just because of the comfort but I knew I would never be able to wear them in public. And they are too expensive to just wear around the house. Also my grandkids would make fun of me. I have other shoes by SAS and I love them.

The fit was good, the arch support hit me right where I needed it. I liked the color and the material. The style isn't too old-lady looking. The only reason I'm sending them back is the price. I have a brown pair, and I just can't justify spending this much on a second pair.

Good looking but narrower and a very small toe-box. Felt too small over-all. Non-starter.

I love this shoe and own it in several colors. I recently bought the brown and it doesn't fit like any others. It's not just that it isn't broken in yet. The others didn't really need break-in time. This shoe was a waste of money in the one color. I should have realized and returned it. Other colors were excellent for long days on my feet at work!

Too tight across my feet for a double wide width and too wide at the heel. Cannot return it as it was a last chance item so I'll have to find a cobbler to see if it can be fixed. I do love the color though.
