The large size when it arrived has a label that says large is 11-12.5. Zappos drop down when selecting your size says L is Men 9-10.5. DO NOT believe the drop down, it IS WRONG. The L is definitely for 11-12.5 or even larger than that. I tried cutting it down to fit into a L NB shoe and it is so much large that this moves the arch way too far forward for a size 11 WWWW shoe. Because I cut it down I won't bother to return it.

I ordered a 9.0-10.5 size large. Item came in a 11-12.5 size large. Too big to use and inaccurate description.

These run much larger than the listed size. They are so thick in the back that they do not fit in shoes. After trimming them down the arch was so far from where it should be that I threw them away.

Excellent insole, best cushion and very durable!

If you have long work days like me and are on your feet the entire shift, the insoles were made for you. They are so thick in the heel providing so much comfort as well as support, especially arch support. If you are tired of your feet hurting after a long day of work, you should definitely try these insoles ASAP.

Is a bit longer than expected.

I have Plantar fasciitis an these help out a lot nice thick comfortable insoles that don't break the bank. Even if i didn't have Thorogood boots I'd buy them. If you are worried about them being to thick i suggest one of the other Thorogood insoles. They are worth every penny and are employee owned an made in the USA...

Shoe was heavy, but to be expected considering working in a warehouse. Felt very protected against any item falling on toes.

got the wrong one its too big

I order this myself L 11 size got one look like was for 13 size foot I needed to cut it off to make it fit and I also order one for gift woman size 7.5-8.5 size got a Large size 11.5 wow is like they just don't look what people order just put Large size everytime I won't recommend ordering from them

Order a 11 size got a side 13 size won't fit on my shoes couldn't return because I threw original packaging away.

Hoping they can make it through a year

Everything was great except it is too thick. My heel was above the heel support on new shoe. I will wait until I compress some of the natural foot pad down the reinsert the insole to see if it fits better.

I ordered an 8 womens size and I was delivered a 10.5 in mens. Size charts say a womens 8 is a man’s 6. I don’t understand why I received this huge insole.

I ordered a 6.5 WOMEN and i received a 9.0 men! Lmao

I have to discard them. Too big for my feet. They are not good quality at all. One star or cero star.
