As an avid HIIT enthusiast, I find it extremely difficult to find shoes that are functional. Typically I go for something with extreme cushioning but decided to go with these as they looked cool and appeared sturdy and well made. After trying them out these were fantastic. Your foot stays in place for lateral moves and I don't see any issues with the cushioning although these are a stiffer shoe. Some reviewers note they are hard to get on. I don't have the skinniest ankles or slimmest feet and didn't really have an issue. The slim opening does keep them secure during your workout.

I like this shoe because it is a perfect cross trainer.Its flat sole makes it great for squatting and deadlifting.

Shoes is made well built, good quality material and durable.

The shoe itself it amazing and has wonderful quality that last for a VERY long time. I have almost all the JJ shoes and the III's seem to be the only shoe will some difficulties in the beginning, such as a more narrow width than in previous models. However, after wearing them for a few days I was able to finally get my foot and shoe adjusted to be completely comfortable. If you don't want to worry about putting on tighter shoes then I recommend going a half size up!

This is the toughest pair of shoes that handled anything just about from running to deadlifts to overhead squats and burpees! I even took these shoes hiking through dirt, water, and rocks. They handled that terrain very well. They did not crust up after drying out. The best shoe with style and comfort that can handle!! Yes they may be a bit difficult to slip on and slightly tight to remove. I however don't mind that because once the shoe is on it is comfortable and I know it's made that way for a shoe that won't come off under tense situations which is what I needed!

I love the style & fit of these tennis shoes by JJ WATT. I bought mine in kids size 5.5 since I am a woman who wears a 71/2. They are a perfect fit & so very comfortable.

Shoe fits like a bootie and is much more aesthetically pleasing in person than online. Grips on the toe work well for traction and shoe has greater mobility than the JJ II. Very pleased with this shoe.

Really like these shoes! Very comfortable for walking and jogging and have been wearing them now for a few weeks and no issues. They are durable and supportive but also light too. Nice aesthetic and design overall. Had a few random people say "I really like your shoes!". They may be slightly small in terms of a true/standard size 9, and very slightly narrower than other shoes I've owned but they still fit very good and are snug, with a little toe room but not tight. They fit me personally just right.

I liked the style, fit and colors. They will go with many clothes and are color oriented. They bring back the youth and feeling of the "good old days". Makes me want to move and show that I can still be and look like a superstar!.

Solid shoes for hitt and weights. Nice drop, feels grounded to the floor. Loved the looks, got them in black.
