Very sturdy construction and nice big toe box.

When I put my feet in these boots they didn’t feel tight or hurt anywhere. I’ve been wearing them for a few days now and it feels like I can already go hiking and hunting out in the woods with these. The build quality is stunning and I love the extra stitching between different parts of the shoe as it seems it will hold up to the stuff I walk through out hunting. The tread is solid and haven’t had any slipping with the ice and snow we got her in WI. I sealed the boots with snow-proof weatherproofing and used a hair dryer to really work it in to protect it from the slush and salt we got here.

I’m am just a few minutes into wearing these, and they are decidedly the most comfortable boots “off the shelf” that I’ve ever bought. They offer a ton of ankle support, they seem to be very well made, and they should last a long time with proper care. Zappos: no complaints whatsoever. Y’all killed it. Chippewa: I *love* these boots. The only thing I want? A 10”, **not** insulated version. I bought these with my work stipend, knowing I‘ll never be able to wear them to work. I’ll use them for winter hiking, but I would love a “full high top” (10”+) EH rated logger boot in the same style as this, but without the insulation. My feel will die if I wear these for 12 hours in my warehouse.

They fit me perfectly right,I order shoes before from someone else and wasn't happy at all,I'm glad I order them from Zappos.

If you do not need to stand for more than 2 hours these boots are ok.
