I tried Blundstone boots twice and just could not get over the stiffness and difficulty pulling them on and off. After reading about these Josef Seibel boots, I ordered them. I am SO HAPPY! These boots are my favorite shoes right now. So easy to pull on and off (I never use the zipper) and the styling is everything. The wool gusset is adorable and the color goes with so many things. I have issues with both legs - formerly crushed left heel that now houses nine screws and a metal plate AND metal bar and 18 screws in my right leg from a level 6 tibial plateau fracture. Swelling is a lifelong issue for me now. These boots work everyday - no matter what. Thank you, Josef Seibel! I can be cute again in footwear!

I love these boots. The style is perfect for my tastes. I bought a green pair and love them So much I bought a second green pair and a blue pair. These boots are fantastic. I have worn to Europe and to a couple dozen concerts. Can't go wrong.

I usually wear a 38 in boots, but was able to wear the 37 in this boot. However, there is not much arch support, so if adding an orthotic, I would need to purchase the 38. I love the looks of this boot and they are comfortable.

These boots are awesome! Comfortable out of box very nice blue color all around love them. You won’t be disappointed

These were a very comfy and cute color. The soles are a different story. I was hoping they would not look like the picture, but they do. My husband says it looks like I stepped in a toxic chemical spill. Why did they have to ruin the look with orange and green splotches??

Love this bootie for casual and even hiking.

Like others have said, these boots are incredibly comfortable. I can swap out the insole for one with more arch support if I want, although they have a decent amount of support so I might not need to do this. (I have suffered with plantar fasciitis, so I'm careful to buy shoes with plenty of support.) I purchased the black ones and they're a rustic kind of black (not a polished, stark black), which I like a lot.

I love, love, love these boots. They are so stylish and comfortable, so much so, I bought another pair in black.

Comfy right away, not that great arch support but average, leather is nice and pretty soft right out of the box. I wouldn't hike or walk a long ways in these but are cute and fit well for daily work/casual wear.

This shoe definitely runs a size bigger than I expected. If I had known it was in UK sizes vs. US sizes, I would have bought one size down.

I ordered my very reliable size of 38 and they were so long they almost seemed mis-labeled. So I ordered size 37 instead, and while they were a good length, they were SO much narrower than the 38s, they seemed like entirely different boots. I wonder why manufacturers think that just because someone’s foot is shorter, it will also be narrower. That’s not how feet work! (It’s the same for clothing: why do things get longer just because the size goes up? A person’s girth doesn’t determine their height!) So, these are going back too. They seem like very nice quality and I wish the sizing could have been more reliable.

these felt way too big--I'm consistently a 7.5 or european 38 (which these are) and they were soooo long. very weirdly long. I will try the next size down because they seem very nice otherwise.

I’ve been looking for three years for perfect Chelsea boots and finally found them. Cute, comfortable, and a wide enough toe box to not crowd my toes. Expensive, but after looking so long I’ll keep these.

Love! Comfortable and good looking. I added my own arch support inserts for extra support.

I have a very wide foot and these fit very well. I sized up half a size. I'm normally a 9 but got a 9 1/2 to accomodate for this. I'm not sure if this was necessary but I'm keeping them. They are very cute!

These might be the best boots I have ever bought. Right out of the box, I wore them for three days straight from morning until after dinner. They are so comfortable that I keep them on even when I get home and that’s not usually the case. I love these boots!

I purchased three different chelsea boots, and the Josef Seibel fit and felt the best. They are true to size and super comfortable.

I love the look of these and struggled to get a pair that fits. I went back and looked at other reviews and one of the reviews said that they're weirdly long and skinny. I agree. I am a 7.5 med-wide foot (not a narrow foot but not super wide either) and the 38s was weirdly long and my foot was falling out. Yet, the 37 was too small. How could that be? I decided to keep the 37 cause the length worked but the boot was too narrow, and the leather is really really stiff and not comfortable. I've decided to buy a boot stretcher to get these boots to work for me and also decided to keep because I love this style and I've been looking for something exactly like this for a while. The boot stretcher is helping but I hope the designer gets feedback about the weird shape.

The fit was 1/2 size bigger- I usually wear an 8 and these are definitely big. I am going to try to add an insole as the 7.5 is sold out. Otherwise they are awesome! Very comfy and lightweight and they look just as they do in the picture.

The boots feel a half size bigger than the size is. The seemed a little scrubbed up first out of the box. I love the style and will try a smaller size. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Lovely shoes. I love the wool sides. I was looking for a winter work shoe, be these are just a little more dressy than I was looking for, and I found them to be a little narrow in the front. Maybe they would stretch out for me in time? Would definitely recommend to someone who likes the Blundstone style but a little dressier. I'll be returning.

Love these boots! I have had them in several different colors. Great in snowy climate or rainy. They are what I wear most in the fall-spring.

The shoes are good quality, I like the zipper on the side as I Have high arches and usually can’t get these kind of boots in. The packaging was weird. Boots came in a plain brown box, shipped from Amazon. The boots weren’t cheep, would have liked them to be in the original packaging. Not sure I’ll order from here again.

loved how these looked but I guess I'm in between sizes.. neither smaller or larger worked. :(
