My 1st pair has seen trails in New York, North Carolina, New Mexico and Arizona. Somewhere between 350 to 500 hard miles of trails and still going strong.
Best hiking sneaker I've owned.
Buying another pair before they're discontinued.

I love the design and build of this shoe, but I wish it was a bit lighter, it feels rather heavy and my hubby is a bit hesitant about the shoe for that reason. Every other thing is great otherwise!! It's very rugged and fit for outdoors.

These things are the worst shoe I have ever had from Skechers and I have a lot. I only purchased these after my last pair of waterproof walking shoes I bought 6 months ago the soles started coming off so chose these with the voucher I was given but there was limited choice for my size. As other reviews have mentioned they have what I can only describe as a small stone that jabs into the top of my right foot, the left shoe is fine. it looks like there may be an excess amount of stitching when the tongue is joined to the main body. I thought it may soften up but after 2 weeks of wearing them for 2 dog walks a day it is still just as hard and now my foot is painful to touch around the area that this lump is. I wore them for the last time this morning, which was also the first time I've worn them in the rain. when I got back my socks were wet around the toes which means they are not even waterproof which makes them completely useless as this is the only reason I bought them. I would avoid these, you have been warned.
Personally it feels as though the quality of sketchers in general has dropped massively in the last few years as I have now had issues with a number of different shoes purchased since Covid but my older ones are all fine, maybe its where they are made that makes a difference!

Great shoes some reviews mention waterproof issues plus durability- these are not hiking or walking shoes if you want Gore Tex waterproofing - pay the money.. 150 plus some people have ridiculous expectations! These are casual shoes - probably ok in a light shower but not sustained heavy rain or use in poor conditions (if you want that type of shoe purchase a pair of Zamberlan hiking boots!!!)

The laces would not stay tied literally stopping every 5 minutes, other than that comfy and waterproof

Very comfortable! Durable and keep your feet cozy clean and dry. The waterproofing is 100% and they are very durable! I use them for hiking and backpacking with 50 pound back and I have just purchased my second pair! Definitely recommend these for any outdoor enthusiasts!

These shoes are suitable for everyday casual wear, which I will be doing, but I will also be wearing them on the golf course.

These are very comfortable and affordable and I'm on my feet a lot in my wood shop and the traction is very good even in saw dust!!

Look good, and in 3" of cut wet grass my feet stayed dry.
Seem well made and like they will be durable long term.
Need breaking in - its like walking on planks of wood to start with (soles very stiff), and make a noticeable tapping sound when walking on hard surface like tarmac!
I found the heals rub up and down a bit (size is Ok overall, but just feel loose at the back). The cutouts around the ankle bone are a bit high so the edge digs in a bit when walking on an angled path.
They don't feel particularly bouncy, soft or snug to wear.
Laces come undone easily when wet.
Overall I would recommend if you shop around and buy at a lower price.

Great looking shoe. Having trouble getting the shoe strings to stay tight. Going to take a while to break in.

It has the stiffness of a boot everywhere except where it needs to bend. So it feels like a boot but is as walkable as a shoe. It fits like a wide, but with less taper from the balls to the heel.

These shoes are actually waterproof. Unlike other sneakers I have bought that are not.
The extra space addition is welcome.
But I still needed to go 1/2 size up because it's not like wide which is not an option.

I hope they break in soon because they feel a little heavy at first, but they are comfortable!

Shoes were comfortable, except for the leather tag on the tongue. After I removed the tag the shoes were much more comfortable. I really like the "Relaxed Fit" feature of the shoes.

Bought these almost a year ago and use them on my daily five - six mile dog walk.
Definite pro is that they are comfortable.
Definite con is that they are not waterproof.
Additionally the sole on both shoes separated after about eight months. It was re-glued and had only recently separated again.
Given the comfort factor, I would buy them again but wouldn't use them for walking through long wet grass or in anything more than a light shower.

The Right shoe felt like it was made for my foot! The left shoe fit, But, there was an issue with the left shoe. High on the instep side shoe right next to the top of the tongue there was a hard piece that no matter what I did, or the socks I wore caused a uncomfortable pressure point. I did not want to chance wearing them outside to see if it got better with time. I returned the shoes.
