Customer Reviews Hedgren Eclipse - Sustainable Underseat Trolley

I love how well this bag rolls and how well I can use its space. I like that it has an exterior water bottle pocket. However — (1) It fit under only 2 of 6 seats on two 737s (SWA and United). On one flight it fit under the middle seat, and on another flight it fit under the window seat. I was not sitting in either of those seats. (2) The trolley sleeve has NO ease, so it was impossible to put over the handle of my other piece of luggage. (3) The handle doesn’t stay in place, making it quite difficult to walk with the bag by itself. I spent many months trying to find an underseater spinner bag online that would work for me. All in all, for the price, I’m quite disappointed that I won’t be able to use this as intended.

Too wide for underseat

I have ordered this twice and both times I had to return because it was not the "Eclipse" in the carton but the "Nova" style, which is bigger. The carton itself is labeled correctly so it seems as though it is a warehouse problem where they are not matching the carry-on model and the carton description correctly. What a shame.
