Sadly these did not work well for me. No complaints about the look.I love the Born brand and generally choose the right size but I definitely should have gone for a 10, maybe even a 10.5 While really great-looking boots, these were super tight. I only wore them once and I had to take them off at work to let my feet recover for a bit. Also, I was apparently struggling so much as I was pulling one of them back on with one of them that the loop on the back broke. This is all to say, I'm returning them in the hopes I can either exchange them or choose another boot. I don't know. Maybe COVID made my feet swell? I blame the anti-vaxxers.

These run quite small. I wear a 7.5 but had to size up to 8 for my toes to even fit with thin socks. I might have even gone up to an 8.5 to accommodate thicker socks, but I had already purchased and returned twice and was up against a travel deadline.

Classic casual boot style. I bought 1/2 size up. They run narrow so even the larger size is snug with a medium weight sock. I use the loop on the back of the boot to pull the boot over my heel and the stitching has already begun to fray and come loose. The sole of the boot is comfortable for every day walks. Disappointed that a boot of this price isn’t more sturdy.

Finding a pull-on boot that works for people with high insteps can be a challenge. Happily, Born’s Faline goes on with ease & is oh so comfortable right out of the box. Normal size 7.5 shoes & 8 boots, purchased 8.5 to wear with heavy socks & the fit is perfection. Happy with the taupe color, nicely neutral & versatile.

Very comfortable and I love the way they look. Unfortunately, the shoes came with some spots and the seams were messed up.

I ordered the Faline boot in taupe, and based on some of the reviews I read, I ordered one size up. I agree that they run small and I am glad I ordered a full size up. They fit me and were very comfortable, nice color and easy to get on and off. The only reason I'm returning them is that they are similar to some other boots that I already own and after seeing them in person, I realized that and decided I should go with something different. They are truly very nice boots and if I didn't already have some in similar style, I would have kept these.

I originally ordered a size 9.5 but I should have listened to the other reviewers who recommended sizing up. Also, the back loop ripped off one side of the first pair on the very first try on! I sent them back and exchanged for a size 10 and they are perfect! Very comfortable and cute!! I will not use the loop, it’s not necessary and obviously not terribly strong. I hope they hold up well!

I love the style of these boots. I initially ordered a size 8 after reading the reviews saying to size up. I usually wear a 7 - 7.5 in boots. The 8 is very loose. Especially in the heel. And, a little too long. So, I ordered a size 7.5. I couldn't even get my foot inside. There is almost an inch difference in the length of the size 8 and size 7.5 as seen in the photos I took. It's my feeling that the size 7.5 that I received were marked incorrectly in the factory and should have been labeled as a 6.5. I love the style of these boots and Zappos has a great return policy. But, sadly, I don't want to have to keep buying, trying on and sending different pairs back until I get a pair that's correctly labeled.

Great fitting shoe, plenty of room in the toe box, and the heel doesn't slip up on me. Not a lot of arch support but with the removable insole, I was able to put in an orthotic. Nice rough-out leather, and sturdy yet comfy sole.

These boots are super comfy and cute, but definitely go up a half size - full size. I followed what other reviewers recommended and ordered a size 10 instead of my usual 9.5 and I’m glad I did! I can wear them with thick socks in a 10. The width is great and the footbed is cushiony, but if you need arch support you’ll probably want an insert.

These boots are very cute and comfortable. I plan to wear them with jeans as well as with casual dresses. The only negative is the condition they arrived in. The top, toe area on the left boot looked rather scraped up, as if they had been worn or not treated properly when packaged. Since I know they would show wear soon anyway, I am planning to keep them. But for $125, I expected them to be in new condition when they arrived.

LOVED these shoes but....the loopy-strap thing on the back of both shoes broke after wearing them just 5 times. Super disappointed as Born has a great reputation and I was sure these shoes would last a long while. Sigh.

I really like these boots, but will have to exchange them for a half size larger. My heel is rubbing against the back. I am typically a size 7, but will order a 7.5. Like many of the other reviewers here, I agree that they run small. They are also slightly narrow, which is bothering my tailor's bunions, but hopefully the bigger size will alleviate this a bit. Other than that, they are comfortable and I think will look really cute with skinny jeans and leggings.

After reading other reviews, I ordered a half size up and the boots were a perfect fit. Really comfy shoes! My only minor gripe is that this is the kind of leather that scuffs easily. Over time, I'm sure they'll take on a rough and worn appearance.

I'm an 8.5 slightly wide. Ordered these in a 9 as I often do for the brand. They are a tad long but the width is good and I can wear a warmer sock in winter with comfort. I got the brown which is a bit of rusty color (true to the photo, imo, and what I was looking for) but not as distressed as some others I've seen. Overall would recommend and returned another brand because the comfort wasn't there. These are quite comfortable, if a little too casual, my reason for deducting a star.

These booties were a half size too small, the width seemed true to B width.

Unfortunately I ordered both the 6.5 and 7 in this pair of boots, and neither fit me. I am usually a standard 6.5 in most brands. The 6.5 was too small (my toes were pushed up against the top) and the 7 was too big (felt loose and sliding around) so I had to return them both. Otherwise, the look and feel are very cute, they just weren't the right fit for me.

Truly one of the most comfortable shoes I have put on my feet. Love these shoes. They look great and I could walk miles in them from day 1.

This is a great boot but know that it runs really short, which is odd for Borns...but it really does.

I loved these booties! Unfortunately, they were too narrow in the front but were very wide around the ankle. They had to go back!

These conformed nicely to my feet in a day or so. I really like a short flat boot with some bounce and without a zipper, and they are becoming hard to find. I bought multiple pairs of these. My pregnant daughter came over complaining of her feet. We wear the same size so I gave her a pair and she fell in love too. I'm a pretty active woman. I climb stairs, ladders, spontaneously run a block or two as I go about my day. I'm always looking for shoes that will let me be move from activity to activity without needing to change shoes. These are good for me.

Second pair of these! I just love them! They can be dressed up or down. They're comfortable. I finally bought an insole for the first pair because they still have good uppers and soles.

The moment I tried these on I knew they would be my new go-to for fall. Stylish, casual, comfy. LOVE LOVE LOVE.
