These boots were extremely comfortable right out of the box. The footbed is cushioned and the leather is very soft. I like that the hard edging extends beyond the toe so the toe is less like to get scuffed.

I was teetering between the 39 and 40, tried both, and decided on the 40. No break-in time needed. Boot holds a shine, very comfortable yet adds a touch of style with the small, block heel. My work dress pants fall nicely to the boot, and the boot gives a clean line right up my leg. Flattering yet highly functional.

This boot was exactly what I was looking for. It looked good and felt good. But there was one problem - I had real difficulty getting the boot on, particularly the left boot. I really struggled to get it on and it took me maybe 3-4 minutes to put the left boot on. After I got it on my foot, it was great, but that is just too much trouble in the morning. Sadly it is going back.

These are nice sturdy boots. I ordered a few Pikolinos to try, and have an Anne Klein I found at Macy's (I'm very picky! I want comfortable by stylish boots but comfortable). These were just a tad narrow for me. I'm an 8.5 to 9 depending on brand, a size 39. But I liked the weight of them, the sole and quality.

These boots are beautiful, but they fit just a little too snug, even though I tend to wear a 9 rather than a 9.5. Sad, but I had to return them.

Good fit but foot area more relaxed then what I’m looking for - went with another boot from pikoleno which suited me better

Good arch support, not enough room for insoles though if that's what you need.

Great fit and I have narrow heels. The heel height is perfect with pants and skirts. Comfortable, didn't need breaking in. Good support.

The perfect Chelsea!!! Incredibly comfortable right away, perfect weight balance in the heel. They fit like a glove without looking loose or relaxed. Just enough room around the ankle, not tight and not gaping. I tried a similar Ecco pair with a zipper and found these a lot more elegant. They look great with dress pants, jeans or skirts. I am a 38.5 and the Eur.39 fit perfectly.

These are absolutely perfect. So comfortable right out of the box. No need to break them in at all. I love the heel height and the toe shape- not super pointy or oddly round. The leather is very soft and overall the shoe is well made. I love them.

Really cute, but for me they ran a bit large.

These shoes were so cute but I had to return because they were too difficult to put on with no zipper. :(
