Right size but looks too chunky. Also didn't have zipper pocket inside.

Too much trouble getting it on and off and opening and closing it while paying for stuff at the store.

I purchased this from my mother. She loves it so much perfect size for everyday use. The only complaint we have it always looks dirty because the black picks up every piece of lint or whatever it is around on it. So be prepared to always look dirty carring it :pensive:

Love everything about the bag except the material. It is always covered in lint. Every day I need to use a lint roller on the bag. If I could return it I would for this reason. The one star is for the material.

The backpack is not made with good material. It clings to and attracts lint, dust,, fuzz. Very disappointed in the product.

I really wanted to love this bag. I was looking forward to it. I even had it monogrammed with my nickname. When I got it the monogramming wasn't centered well and the material puffed up around the top of it and pulled around the bottom of it. And then I noticed that the bag had a lot of asymmetrical issues. The zipper forget stuck on one of the pockets. Overall I just didn't see that so many imperfections was worth the money. So I returned it. I ordered a different Vera Bradley item from a different retailer. That item seems to be working just fine.
