The adjustable straps with velcro closures allowed me to custom fit these shoes to my hard to fit feet. I am usually a true size 5 but depending on the style there are times the arch support doesn't quite match my foot. These do. I often have to order and send back a few times before I get the good fit. I have a narrow heel but somewhat wide across the toes. Therefore the adjustable straps are perfect. These feel like a true size 5. I am an elder so the velcro closures on the straps are helpful, quick and easy to adjust. These cost a bit more than what I normally spend on shoes but well worth it for the comfortable fit - and they're cute sandals for summer, which I need. They don't look like "elderly" ladies shoes. I think even my adult granddaughter would like them. Thank you.

The length and width were good, but the adjustable strap over the instep was way to long for my foot. I couldn't tighten it enough to fit comfortably.

I own two pairs of Katys and have worn them for 2 or 3 summers. They're very comfortable and plenty wide for my 2EE feet. I find I need a different shoe if I plan to walk long distances, but that just might be me; I find they slide a little too much for longer walks. I wear them all summer long.

I originally ordered the size 7W; they were too long for my feet, so I returned them and ordered the 6W, and they are perfect! Since I usually order 7's, I would say they run a size big.

I bought these shoes based on the recommendation of my podiatrist. They were the only sandals on his list of approved shoes that were not ugly and hideous. I like these shoes quite a bit and am disappointed that they do not come in other colors. I've been wearing them for about 5.5 years, but they are not my go to shoes to wear everyday. They are comfortable enough for that, but I prefer shoes that I can just slip on and these require me to adjust and fasten the straps. They have held up well. They are comfortable. They are reasonably attractive. They make my podiatrist happy. (FYI: I do not have bad feet or a problem with finding shoes that fit. I see a podiatrist only because I am a diabetic.)

Almost kept these but just a little clunky looking. Good adjust-ability. Good arch support.

Loved everything about these shoes. Have had mine for at least ten years and wore them almost everyday in spring, summer, and fall the last 8 years I was teaching. They look almost new. For the last 2 and a half years, I have not been able to wear shoes due to a couple injuries. I'm to the point where I am need to wear . Because of the velcro straps, I can wear these. Yah!!!! They still feel great and look great even on my puggy feet. I got more than my money's worth from these shoes. Looking to get another pair, different color maybe?

These are the most comfy sandals I have found. I have problem feet, and have a really hard time finding something that will work for my feet. I have had this pair for two summers, and going back for another. I love the metatarsal support in the footbed, makes all the difference for my feet.

This is my 2nd pair of these. The first pair got me all over Rome on foot, and a lot more places! After 4 or so years, I finally had to replace them. They're sure not the dressiest, but they are the most comfortable sandals I've ever owned and I have some messed up feet! Little to no pain wearing these! They are among the few shoes that actually come in a size 5.

amazing fit and comfort

I have severe RA in my feet and ankles and these are the only sanders that I can wear. I can take them to my podiatrist with my foot mold and have the “heavy duty” insoul made to fit them.

This is the second pair of Aravon shoes, and they really seem to work for me. Perfect arch support and soles that quickly conform to your feet. Since I have problem feet, I'm so happy I found this brand!!

Foot bed is so comfy. Straps are a little tricky getting on and off.
