I am not usually one to get attached to shoes, but these are special. I can't express enough how much I love these. They are the best shoes I have ever had. I live in Minnesota where shoes have to be warm and durable during the winter and these Denvers check both those boxes. They hug the foot in all the right places and leave glorious space for your toes to be free. I would (and will) buy these again.

Love these shoes, they look great and feel great. Construction is nice, well insulated, and can handle a surprising amount of moisture (though they aren't waterproof). I marked no arch support because these are minimalist shoes, that should be expected.

My sixth pair of xeros and won't be my last. PROS: -lightweight and fit snugly -warm -don't need to walk funny to keep from falling off if you don't lace up (unlike w/ most winter boots) -well crafted CONS = none

My new favorite shoe! Awesome combination of style, ground feel and flexibility with just the right amount of padded lining (about 1/8 inch) all over for warmth and foot/ankle protection, but without bulkiness. I've purchased 2 other Xero products (HFS and Z-Trail sandals) and although I like those a lot, this Denver shoe is by far my favorite with its slightly thicker foot bed offering slightly more ground padding than those. Perfect for the cooler wheather and yet they seem to breath very well so never feel sweaty or hot on my feet. I hope that stays true for warmer weather so this I can keep wearing them for all but hot days, then I'll swithch back to the HFS. For me, this Denver shoe is the sweatspot of the Xero shoes, with slightly more padding and slightly less ground feel so you don't feel totally barefoot but still have great ground feel, and still have zero heal rise. If you have never tried a Xero shoe before, this would be the perfect one to start with.

I've been walking/jogging with Vibram 5 fingers for several years and was looking for a pair of winter boots to complement the zero drop fit that I have grown accustomed to. Bought The Denver, opened the box and immediately thought "return". Then I tried them on. You know that sometimes when you first put on a new pair of jeans or a sweatshirt, you just know you're going to be good friends until one of you wears out? That's these boots! Just returned from a 3 mile walk in 30* weather and like them even more. I wear a size 9 shoe and bought size 9 boots. I could wear them without socks but I wore a pair of cotton socks today and they fit perfectly. If you're active, I can't imagine how warm they'd be with a thin wool sock. I waterproofed them with 303 fabric guard and am now looking forward to walks all winter. Don't think you'd want to mush across the Klondike in them but for long walks around the neighborhood, they're perfect. Glad I got past "return".

I got them for my boyfriend and he wears them almost everyday! He swears he almost crawls into bed with them still on, they're so comfy!

Best shoe/boot/thing Ive ever put on my feet. I used to wear boots with a heel and they were starting to give me hip pain. I slapped these bad boys on my trotters and the pain is gone. Slight adjustment period to get used to not wearing mattresses on my feet, but Im so glad I made the switch. 10/10. Prios are also premium.

First, I'm a huge fan of XeroShoes and that's all I'm wearing these days. The Denver boot is fantastic for all the reasons Xeros are all fantastic-- ground feel, lightweight, improved posture and moveability, improved knee, ankle, and metatarsitis problems, etc. Winters are always hard for me because my feet never feel warm, so I wanted to try these. My feet never felt cold! Truly amazing. Yes, I live in a mild-winter area, but we had a hard freeze for a week this last winter, and my feet stayed warm and happy the whole time. And because my feet were warm, so was I. The Denver is a great addition to my shoe wardrobe. LOVE IT. Oh more thing about fit-- as a woman with wide feet, I often prefer men's shoes and that's true with Xeros (though I have women's pairs also). But I have a narrow ankle which complicates matters, and men's Xeros still fit me. I don't know how they do it, but I'm here for it.

I have a 15 year old who would prefer to always be barefoot, but is starting to realize that doesnt work for every situation. I wanted to surprise him with a pair of boots that would feel minimal. Since he got them he has worn them a lot; walks through the neighborhood, walks through the creek, if hes tinkering in the garage. They have become a great all around shoe for a kid that prefers not to wear shoes. He said the only downside is he would prefer more protection on the top of the shoe when in the garage. Ill just get him something different for that.

These shoes have become essential to me! Super comfortable, good temperature regulation, especially fun to hike in because you can actually use your whole foot to maintain balance, toes and everything :)

I've never felt shoes more comfortable and durable than these! I put them on and it was like a perfect hug for my feet. I've never known such comfort!

I ordered a set of Prio, and these Denvers and let me tell you, without exaggeration the Denvers are the most comfortable shoe I've ever put my foot in. They just fit perfect. My first use of them was a 6 mile hike and I had zero discomfort or pain or ankle fatigue. I highly recommend these boots.

These are my third pair of Xero footwear, and I don't plan on ever buying any other brand of footwear ever again. They are comfortable and I love the look. I spend 8 hours a day on my feet on concrete floors, and unlike other shoes I've worn in the past, my feet don't hurt at the end of the day when I wear my Xero shoes.

After purchasing the prio and daylight hiker I found myself wanting something a tad warmer on cold days. I didnt need a (pack boot) or anything of the sort because I live in kansas, not Canada. So the denver was the obvious choice and once again xero shoes killed it. The flannel lining is ridiculously comfortable. Like... The point of this shoe was warmth. It does that. But I find myself wanting to wear them without socks because my god man... Flannel... On yur feet... Seriously the best thing ever.

They are ideal for playing golf on a cold wet morning. Thanks for a warm pair of shoes.

You cannot step heel first with all your weight onto a rock or a sharp object, unless you want your heel to hurt. This may be a deal breaker for some people. But if, on the other hand, like me, you step on the balls of your feet instead of heel first, you will find these extremely comfortable and practical. They are very light, but still protect your feet as needed. Like all Xero shoes they have the wide toebox, which I love because my toes get chafed together in most normal brand shoes. I also think these look quite stylish, good enough to wear outside a hiking environment, that's partially due to how light they are.

Flexable, fairly warm and good laces. The inserts keep riding up my heel.

These boots felt comfortable from the moment I slipped them on - cozy and pampered. However, as I walked, I discovered that the insoles were "walking" back and up the heel. I contacted Xero, and they promptly sent out new insoles, which were one size larger. These have worked great thus far. I have worn them for several longer walks, and they feel great. They look classy, too. The lugged chevron soles can track in quite a bit of mud, but they have good, secure grip. Zero wear showing on the soles so far.

Like a pair of hot chocolates for your feet. Plush and supple while still giving me enough room to move with (almost) the snugness of ugg boots and the tactile feedback from the ground weve all come to know and love from Xero shoes.

Im not a stranger to minimalist shoes but this is my first pair of xeros. I have to say that I really love these! Im curious to see how they age.

I love these shoes. I am not a big fan of lace up shoes but these shoes feel so so good. I use to not wear shoes growing up and when I moved to the US i started wearing them. My feet were hurting and i was unhappy for many years. I discovered these through a friend and now i have 4 pairs of Xero shoes . I am so happy and my feet have quickly regained their strengths. I'm a musician, ( drummer and a percussionist ) so i use my feet and stand on them a lot. These shoes are amazing for me. I'll save some money and buy another style as i have replaced all my other shoes with Xero shoes and donated them. Thank you , really thank you

They took a while to arrive, having gone astray in transit, but the guys at Xero got them out to me again and they are well worth the wait. I have been having physiotherapy for muscle and tendon pain in my thight that has stopped me from being able to walk, and even with the physio, it was very slow going. I also needed instruction on better walking technique. I wanted these for Canadian winter walking but it was spring by the time they arrived so I tried them out and Lo! I was able to walk better than I have in the last two years!! Brilliant, I love them so took the trouble to write this review. Thank you very much/

I love my Denvers. They look and feel amazing. I already ordered other models to replace my hiking boots warm-weather shoes.
