I love the comfort of the boots with the their classy design and finish. Dress them up or down, great rubber soles and flexible ankles. I ordered these because I love the style and fit of Blundstones and wanted a similar style, but something I could wear into the office. **Be careful with the pull straps on the back of the boots, as they are more for looks than to help get the boot over your heel. When trying on my first pair, I immediately tore the back straps. Nisolo was great about sending a replacement and I have not had any problems since!

The Carmen Chelsea boot is the boot Ive been on the hunt for. It is beyond stylish- the comfort and craftsmanship make this boot truly a cut above the rest! It was comfortable pretty much out of the box - on day 1 of wearing around the Villa. The leather is beautiful and the attention to the materials on the heel and sole of this boot makes it seem as though it is bespoke . The fit is maybe a tad large, but Id rather have that then too small. I am extremely happy with my Nisolo Carmen Chelsea boot. No need to be on the fence about this purchase.

These boots are versatile, comfortable and take less time to break in than other styles for Nisolo. I am typically a 5.5 and the 5 works great for me.

These boots are luxurious. I love the color, its a little more red than the website. I ordered a half size up to fit socks.

The best pair of boots Ive purchased in years! Theyre a beautiful fit and very high quality. My long, narrow feet dont feel lost in them at all. I chose the warm brandy color and Im so pleased. I think Ill have to go back and purchase another pair in black, but then Ill have to take these off!

I just got my boots and I was wearing them and someone actually asked me if they were Nisolo boots. I do live in a small town. So comfortable and the leather will last forever!

These boots are just lovely. I am so impressed by the smell, the quality, the color, the comfort. I've already gotten multiple compliments and have worn them every day. Furthermore, I had a rather complicated situation with ordering different sizes to compare, and the Nisolo staff were incredibly prompt, friendly and helpful. I hope to order from Nisolo again in the future! P.S. I am normally a 9 but went with a 9.5 to allow for a thicker sock. Would recommend going by the European and not the US size on the chart; I averaged out the EU numbers on multiple pairs of shoes I own to determine which size to stick with.

I had been eyeing the Carmen Chelsea Boot for awhile and finally decided to buy them! My only negative was I wish I bought them sooner. They are comfortable, beautiful, and well crafted. My normal size is an 8, but I decided to size up to the 8.5 and I'm glad I did. From owning previous Chelsea Boots I knew they are tricky to get on if they are very tight/snug, so keep that in mind when purchasing. Thanks for making an awesome boot, Nisolo! I can't wait to buy my next pair of shoes from you!

I receive a compliment nearly every time I wear these boots....from total strangers! They are beautiful! That being said, I originally had to exchange my usual size 7 1/2 for a size 8. When I got my true size, I could barely get it in my foot. I have a high bridge on my foot and Ive noticed that getting the foot in the shoe is common with Nisolo shoes. I thought that instead of struggling for 2 minutes per foot to get the boots on (they fit fine once on) until I could properly break them in, I would rather exchange for a bigger size to make life easier. I am so happy I did! Easy to get on and they arent too big. And because theyre slightly bigger Ive had no issues breaking them in! I love these boots. I had wanted them since they first came out. The extra time to get the right fit was worth it. Exchanging was incredibly easy, too!

These boots are beautiful and oh so comfortable once you break them in. As with everything Nisolo, I cannot wait to have these for YEARS! So durable and classic.

I love these, definitely exceeded my expectations. Im a true 11 and I can fit my inserts and socks without feeling cramped. The color is a beautiful, rich brown.

Love my Carmen Chelsea Boots! If youre a half-size like I am, I suggest ordering a size up (like Nisolo recommends) because that was just right for me. Shipping was lightening fast during Covid Christmas too! Thanks for excellence as always, Nisolo gang!

Nisolo has consistently provided high-quality and durable boots. This is my second pair, and my husband owns several as well. I had a size issue with the first pair I ordered, and had great customer service when I needed to switch to a better size. Highly recommend!

The rounded toe and width of these boots, along with the overall construction, make them very comfortable, more than any other pair of closed-toe Nisolo shoes I own or have tried on. They are both beautiful and butch, with a substantial profile. The angle of the heel design takes a little getting used to, and sliding them on takes some effort too. Since I bought these during COVID-19, I haven't had as many chances to wear them out as I would like. Looking forward to the time when I can truly show them off!

These boots are so comfortable, stylish and every time I wear them I get a compliment on them! It's so nice to have something easy to pop on and go. They pull every outfit together and go with casual to work attire. Highly recommend!!

These boots took a while to break in, but now that I did theyre so comfortable. Also they are just gorgeous. The height is perfect for flattering my larger calves (I am picky about that), the color is really versatile, and I cant wait to wear these boots for years to come. Nisolos leather is high quality so the fit will get better and better with time.

I ordered the Carmen Chelsea Boots (Brandy) for myself & the WithCo Cocktail Mix (Ellis Old Fashioned) as a gift for my husband & both are as fantastic as expected. I first ordered the boots a size down (Im usually an 8.5W) and ordered an 8 but ended up sending back for a 9W and theyre great now. The turnaround on the return was a flash, even Christmas week during Covid! My husband has really enjoyed the old fashioned mix, toohe was surprised to find it was so good for a pre-made mix! I bought these in black. True to size. I have narrow feet and legs so the fit is great for me. It took a couple wears to break in. Overall love these. Nisolo shoes always deliver. I own a few styles now. These boots, same as the other two styles I own are excellent quality and aesthetically on point.

I typically wear heels all of the time but with not going into an office for most of the year, I have been searching for some nice flat boots for months. I've tried several other brands and they weren't quite right. I was so excited to get these boots and I love them. Great quality, beautiful and comfortable. They are hard to get on at first but think they will loosen up a bit after a few more times wearing them. I will definitely look to Nisolo for my next boot purchase. Based on other reviews I sized up a half a size and I'm glad I did.

Most chelsea boots are difficult to put on but these broke in after one wear and now they're easy to slip on and off. They fit true to size (I'm a size 8 in everything and I bought these in a size 8) and the brandy color goes great with everything, I love them

These shoes are realllllly cute. Stiff as a board but Ive worn them a few times now and theyre already breaking in. Im a 6.5 and they were true to size! Also they dont keep your feet that warm. I thought they might be good winter shoes, but I think theyre better for fall/spring weather. However, still keeping them cuz I love them so much!
