THIS IS A SNUG, NARROW SHOE. I wear size 9M in flats, usually have to go up in sneakers and this is no exception. I got the 9.5 because I think 10 would've been too big. Cannot wear this with a sock, there's just no toe room on the sides! Barefoot or pantyhose I'm thinking. The cork insole has a bit of a raised shape for the arch. Take the insole out and the shoe is flat inside. I'm not used to vegan shoe leather so I don't know if my feet will sweat in these or not--if they do, will the insole break down over time? It's an expensive shoe to have to treat so gingerly by not wearing it every day. But it really is cushiony under my heel and ball. I'm flat footed with plantar fasciitis, tendinitis, and Morton's neuroma. This is the first OTBT flat shoe I've bought. I own a couple pair of their wedge heels. In the pictures, my finger is on my big toe. Wish this came in a wide width for my pinky and 4th toes, but lately I feel like if shoes had more fabric across the top maybe that would even help.

The fit and size was true to size. Just started wearing them, I am in the break in stage but very comfortable and looking forward to them molding to my feet. Ordered the dove grey color, they are made of a vegan leather, hope process of keeping the uppers clean is easy?

Love the shoes. Love the look. Not great arch support but they do seem to mold to your feet with each wearing. Walked around NYC for 2 days straight with no problem. My feet never hurt. Normally wear a 9.5, which I ordered, but my toes were at the very end. So, I ordered the 10 and they felt good when I first received them. However, because the leather is very thin, these seemed to stretch with only a couple of wears. I still have the 10's but do feel like they are a little big now. Hope this is helpful. The leather does stretch.

These sneakers are the most comfortable I've ever worn. Wore them for 3 straight days of sightseeing, about 8 miles/day. I will be buying another pair in a different color!!

Wonderful shoes!

I always go up a size in sneakers. As I did with this one. Tried on without socks but there is still room for socks when I wear the sneakers. I have not worn them as yet. But trying them on and walking around the house they felt great. I love QTBT shoes in general. Have many platform sandals. Always comfortable.

These shoes are light weight and instantly comfortable...no breaking in necessary.

I love these shoes, but may need half- size larger to accommodate my hammertoe.

Not sure if they were stretched out but they were a little too wide compared to my other alstead pair and they started squeaking.

Good looking sneakers. Wish there were other colors available in my size. Material feels sort of like a suede/fabric mix, not for wearing in the rain, but these are cute. 4 of 5 stars because they are a little pricey for what they actually are..but still I do like them.

Shoe was very comfortable, but too soft.

I really liked this shoe, so comfy when I put them on. The right heel of the shoe was creased so every time I walked in them my heel was on the crease. Because of that I returned them.

The shoe is really cute. Looks to be a great travel, walk about, go out casual but nice shoe. I ordered the recommended size 6/37. (This was my first time to order OTBT so I don't have an OTBT shoe to compare with.) This is my usual size. The toe box is narrow and the length was short, so overall too small. I am returning the shoe BUT I will try again by ordering a full size up. I hope it fits as I really like the style.
