I got the light brown. Beautiful, comfortable boot. However for the cost and so called quality I am very disappointed by how badly these scuff up. After 3 wears it looks as though I have had them for 6 months. The heel and back of boot looks horrible. I am not walking through inclement weather or running through rocks. There is no excuse. I only gave two starts because at least they are comfortable

Loved these boots. Great style and beautiful leather. The usual Sorel quality. Overall good fit and look great on. But after 22 months of working from home and wearing sneakers or sandals, my 57YO feet no longer tolerate heels more than 2 inches -- my feet started hurting after only wearing these for 10 minutes around home. So, sadly returned.

I have these boots in a size 8 (I'm usually an 8 or an 8.5), and they work with medium-thick socks and are super comfortable. It did take a few days for the top of my ankle/leg to adjust to where the tops of the boots hit, but it wasn't bad and totally worth it. The tread is super grippy, the faux beige suede stands up to the PNW rain, and I have gotten so many compliments from both men and women on these shoes. I've never owned a pair of Sorels before but these are awesome and I'm so glad I have them.

These boots are everything! The color, the style and comfort are fantastic! I did have to size up to allow for my insole to fit. Enjoy!

Wouldn't you know it? The first day I wear my new boots (with 0% chance of rain according to the news) it poured. I was so nervous to come out of the store to get to my car. The water just repealed off my shoes. I was amazed! They are so comfy and I have been getting lost of compliments. As you can see from the photo - no water damage.

Absolutely love these booties! Don't be afraid of the blue color - they actually look good with quite a few colors and styles. I've never thought of blue as a neutral color, but this shade is surprisingly versatile! It adds a "pop" to your outfit, in a very good way. They are also very comfortable (once they are broken in) and can be worn in wet weather, since they are waterproof. These are quality booties that will last a very long time. If you are thinking of buying these, but aren't sure about the color - go for it! You will love them!

I wasn’t so sure about getting wedges. I’ve never owned a pair before and I don’t like too high of a heel. I took a chance on these because of the color. I love them! Perfect fit and comfortable right out of the box.

The quality of these Joan Of Arctic Wedge III Zip Booties is excellent. They are super stylish and can be worn with a multitude of styles. My favorite is with a nice pair of jeans and sometimes with a sun dress. They are comfortable to wear and are even waterproof. My only complaint is that the zipper is difficult to use. I like these so much I'm looking to purchase a black pair.

Bought these and fell in love. I am on my feet most of the day and found these comfortable even after being on my feet 8-10 hours. After wearing consistently, after a few weeks, I found the suede stretched. So much so that I found I could no longer wear them for extended periods of time. I found my feet would move and slide due to the stretched suede. I now find them uncomfortable. While I did love this booties at first, the overall quality I am disappointments in.

The first time I saw these boots, I was quite taken by the sleek upper offset by the bold outsole lines. Brought a 7.5 pair home with me, my usual size, after trying both the 7 and 8 as I always do, just in case. The clean lines of this design meant these boots paired well with just about everything, and they became my primary footwear for the 2-3 days per week I am out of the house on full-day to-do lists. I loved hearing ice crunch under the hefty rubber outsoles - every bit of that crunching was one more instance of me *not* slipping on the ice anymore. I never did slip on ice again after getting the Joan of Arctic - adore the name, though amused that the name's been recycled through several rather different designs. After the first day of wear, I noticed my feet aching more than normal. I shrugged it off, thinking I was just feeling it more due to staying in last week, though I'd gone several weeks without extensive foot activity before and never felt this odd aching. After day two, the aching became louder. My three days of activity came to an end, and the weekdays of working on the laptop started, as did throbbing in my feet. The next weekend, the ache flared again after the first day - except more apparent, sharper. By the end of the second day that week, I couldn't tell if I was experiencing an ache or a sharp pain. Day three, I started suspecting my Sorels could be the actual issue, because lifting my feet came with pain that made me wince. I went through a month and a half of 2-3 days each week before I was able to replace the Joan of Arctic a month ago. By then, the pain at the top of my Sorels was so unbearable that I cut days short and opted out of days where possible to avoid additional aggravation of the inflamed areas. Even so, my weeks were spent consciously spent easing the pain and walking with a conscious level of effort to minimize excessive movement in avoiding stress to the top of my feet. The pain was so bad that I found myself repeatedly adjusting my leg and foot placement in bed trying to ease pain enough to eventually fall asleep. It's been four weeks since I've replaced these Sorels with a similar style from another brand, and I have not had a single flareup since. I became worried enough after figuring out the issue that I looked up extensor tendonitis to ensure that an experience did not create potential for relapse. My feet are still very much in recovery and make sure I'm aware of that fact every now and then - the reason I remembered at the end of April 2022 to write this review I meant to write when ice and snow were still covering every inch of Minnesota ground. Important facts to note regarding my complaint: My shoe size was correct. The shoe was not too narrow - I did not need a 7.5W. I wore one pair of socks in regular thickness, so there was no excessive bulking to cause this stress point. I don't have an abnormally high foot. The top of the shoe was simply too low. I've owned far too many pairs of fashion, rain, and snow boots over the years to count, including Sorels, and have literally never experienced anything like this. The shoe quality was as expected of Sorel. I adore the sleek styling, and the fact that these defied any sheet of ice was why I kept wearing them while trying to understand what was causing my growing foot pain. One thing for sure now - the next time I ever experience this kind of pain again, I'll walk in flipflops on ice if I have to before subjecting myself to this extensive recovery period again. Lesson learned - the top of my feet are still aching enough for me to consciously register it without seeking to even now.

This was my 2nd time buying this style and they fit right out of the box. I take these traveling since the black goes with just about everything including giving me a little added height. I have plantar fasciitis and these seem to work for long hours on my feet and walking miles in airports.

I'm a school counselor and am on my feet for most of the day. These boots are so comfy, it's like wearing athletic shoes not a stylish bootie. You need these in your life. Size up a 1/2 size.

I love these boots! They give me a little height with the wedge heel but feel very stable and comfortable for walking around in winter. The soles are soft yet grippy for snow and ice. They are fashionable and the suede appears to be very high quality. They're supposed to be waterproof, but I intend to apply waterproofing (Colonil is my favorite!) before I wear them because I bought them in Omega Taupe. It's a beautiful neutral color that will go with everything. These are worth the price!

I got these boots over a month ago and I absolutely love them. These are by far the most comfortable boots that I own. The boot itself is designed with a wedge inside but flat look on the outside. The material is very high quality and can be worn in so many ways of fashion. I am a causal dressers these books looks fantastic on me with slacks and a button down blouse. I have gotten so many compliments on my boots. They are very true to size and they zip up from they inside. I definitely looking forward to purchasing more styles and colors and I highly recommend this product.

I am a true 8.5 and they fit true to size. I have the Joan of arc wedge from a few years ago in a 9, so they have changed sizing. The omega taupe is a beautiful color and very versatile. Excited to wear these beauties!

I tried these on the moment they arrived in the mail! I have never worn a Sorel shoe before and I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and study these felt while being much more fashionable. I got them in a size 9 and I am typically a 10 but I had no discomfort or squished toes. I thing the slight heel in these is so fun and im already browsing their catalog to see what pair I want to get next!

When I saw these boots in Wine, I knew I had to have them! I have several other pairs of Sorel wedge boots (and love them all). These are cute, but not quite what I expected. They are shiny and firmer than my other leather boots. The color is darker than I thought they would be, too. They scuff a lot more easily than the traditional leather (from walking, when the opposite sole brushes against itthankfully it rubs off pretty easily). The toe box of these is tighter and in my opinion, isn't as comfortable as the Joan of Arc I or II. All that said, they are very cute and stylish. I have gotten tons of compliments on them! They pair well with dark denim or leggings. Although they aren't my absolute favorite, they are still really great boots. Wonderful in all types of weather with fabulous traction. They are true to Sorel wedge boot sizing (true to size) except the toe box may be tight.

I am not impressed with how easy they scuff I have scuff marks all over the front of them from crossing my feet and having them in my suitcase with clothes. I am loving the comfort but for the price you'd think they wouldn't scuff as easily.
