Fit true to size. Based on reviews, I initially ordered half size larger - turns out this was way too big - my foot was swimming in the shoe. Exchanged for true size via Zappos outstanding exchange program. The true size was perfect. I have what I consider normal width foot size. Appearance is accurately depicted in images.

Too narrow a toe box for me. Top quality material and build. What a shame. Nice and light, stable footing.

Outstanding. Was looking for a weatherproof slip-on, primarily for winter, and this one more than fits the bill. FWIW, I have normal-width feet, but typically prefer a roomier toe box anyway. I am at the very least sensitive tosses that are too narrow in the box, and these give me no problems in that regard. Very comfortable in every aspect, and secure/stable in the heel, which can sometimes give me problems with slip-ons of any kind.

I like the look of the boots OK but ended up not being able to wear them. 9.5 (my typical size) fit well all through the foot from the heel to the ball of the foot, and there was plenty of room lengthwise so my toes weren't touching the end of the boot, but the lateral taper on the toes of the boot crunched my toes in on the sides to a degree that was really uncomfortable, especially inside on the big toe. Tried size 10 for good measure: the boots were clearly too big & long, but still crunched my toes uncomfortably from the sides. The boots were otherwise comfortably constructed with reasonable support. I'm not sure if my toes fan out unusually wide compared to anyone else or if Sorels are laterally tapered at the toe more than the typical boot or if it's a combination of the two. The Chelseas I ended up being comfortable in are a pair of Birkenstock Stalons. Birkenstocks are definitely notably wide at the toe as well as being a looser fit in general than the typical shoe, so unfortunately I can't offer any conclusive data there: could be wide toes on me, could be narrow toes on the boots, could be both. Comfort was really one star for me because of how hard they pushed my toes, but I gave them two because the rest of the boot was quite comfortable. If your toes don't fan out too wide, you'll probably like these boots.

Husband absolutely loves these - look, feel and function. Wears them constantly! They are warm and waterproof too. Excellent purchase - highly recommend.

I am keeping the boot because it’s very stylish and I got several compliments on them the first day I wore them. I’m a bit hesitant about weather they are right for me our not. Due to the fact that I was actually looking for a work boot ( around my 5 acres ) but they do look good and feel very secure on icee conditions.
