Of the similar shoes I tried these were the ones I ended up keeping. They were the most comfortable underfoot and had the best overall fit. I would pay more if they were wool instead of polyester.

Chacos are quickly becoming my favourite brand of shoes/boots/sandals. The arch support is about the best there is out there in the world of shoes. I purchased these "slippers" for indoor wear, but there is a rubber sole for when I must step outside on the deck. These slipper boots are warm and cozy!! Straight-out-of-the-box comfort and wearability!! THANK YOU, Zappos, ALWAYS, for excellent customer support and quick shipping!!

I love these! They fit true to size and feel oh so comfortable! I am a teacher and will wear to school during the colder months.

I'm sure these have excellent arch support for some; but the luvseat doesn't love me yet; much too hard. (holding onto them, my feet may like them later) I've switched to a foam insole over the shoe's natural arch; feels comfortable. I love the fuzzy gray felt and style of these boots;,and the width : room for my toes! Experimenting with socks and insoles not to cramp toe box. Not as warm at night as I'd hoped (trying to improve that; during the day cozy!) So far, using them in-house only. Only time will tell how long they "wear."

I love these shoes! Easy to slip on and extremely comfortable.

Comfortable as shoes or as slippers

I love these! I got them in a 10 (which I usually get for athletic shoes or boots, but they felt a bit big. Zappos was out of the 9.5, so I was able to fund them for the same price from a different seller. They’re so comfortable. The arch support does feel like it’s kind of far back, but I know as I wear them more they’ll form to my foot. Super easy to slip on, can wear with thin or think socks. I like that they aren’t as ugly as Uggs and perfect for running errands or even a casual night out to keep my feet covered. I wear sandals 80% of the year and need something warmer for the winter. I’m so happy with these I might need a second pair for when these wear out.

Fit perfect! Hope they still do for fall

I bought these for house slippers but I would 10/10 wear them out for a casual dinner. Fit is slightly large but that allows me to wear socks. Arch support is AWESOME!

Recovering from foot surgery, so I have to experiment. These work pretty well as slipper. One foot is different size now. Don’t know about “true to size, etc!

I ordered a larger size, I will comment on comfort and style when I can actually try them on. Somehow, I didn’t realize how my foot has ‘flattened’ since I last purchased slipper/boots like this.

Felt true to size when wearing with ankle socks. Very comfortable & warm. Looks cute & stylish with leggings. There is not much arch support for lots of walking or hiking. I returned a comparable pair of Tom’s & much prefer the Chacos

Thought this would work but lack of arch support and slip in style allows my foot to slide forward and bump into the end of the toe. Also, the upper material is wonderfully warm and cozy but the foot bed isn’t!

I really wanted to like these, but they just didn’t have enough arch support for me. They were also a little tight, so you wouldn’t be able to slip them on and off easily. They look great, though!

I can’t rate this shoe because I couldn’t get my foot in it. I could barely get a hand in it. They’re really cute and would have been a perfect go with for leggings. And warm.

Not impressive. I felt no arch support at all... at least not where it is supposed to be in the arch.
