Was so excited they finally made a more comfortable shoe. well they are not comfortable! I have tried to wear these several times and the part between the toes is so painful even for short distances. also, the foot bed is not cushioned and hurts walking. I couldn't wait to take them off.

I love the look of these but the band that goes across was too tight. These sandals are for a more narrow foot. If they would offer these in a wide cut, I would buy in many colors. Sadly they do not work for me. I even sized up.....bought 2 sizes. Didn't make a difference with that band that goes across. The length I found to be true to size.

Leather upper a little stiff - in between my toes hurt from the stiff leather on the little toe strap. Might just be a problem with my particular feet. :)

so cute, I wish I could keep them... but the piece that goes between the toes hurts so badly, I cannot walk in them. I own other thong sandals that were fine out of the box. Its not me, its YOU.

I normally wears 7.5 I had to return it to get 8. The style is so cute, but, since I am flat footed these sandals are not very comfortable at all. The leather between the toes are too wide. Although my toes are not puddgy they are still too snug to fit. I am so sad I had to return this again, because the style is super cute.

I've worn Jacks for years and understand they're not meant for extended hikes, but they're typically comfortable in their own way. I have to agree with another reviewer who commented about how uncomfortable the toe strap is. It's literally so painful that I didn't even try on the 2nd shoe. And disappointing, since they are very cute in person!

These sandals were not at all comfortable. The foot bed is very stiff, no cushion whatsoever. There were a few places where the stitching was very rough and immediately started to scratch my foot.

I tried on one of the sandals and could tell immediately that the 'thong' part was going to be very uncomfortable. I decided to try on the other sandal and as I picked it up I saw something odd by the thong part of the shoe. Upon a closer look, I realized it was a bloody bandaid that had been placed around the thong. There was also a bloody spot on the leather of the shoe itself. So....definitely knew it was uncomfortable, but also Zappos....are you not checking product that gets returned to you close enough to notice a bloody bandaid and blood spot? They basically shipped a biohazard to me. Needless to say I returned them (I called customer service to make sure that pair of sandals was flagged and would not be shipped to someone again), but did have to go through the effort of repackaging and taking them back to a UPS location across town. Zappos did give me a $25 credit for my horrible experience. Word to the wise.....double check each shoe you receive before you try them on because Zappos is definitely not inspecting them that closely.
