Like all my salomon shoes they fit true to size. They feel identical to my non insulated quest 4 boots plus some insulation. They will be perfect for whitetail hunting this year and snowshoeing.

Great product, very comfortable bootis waterproof but not if out in very heavy rain then water starts to leak in and if out fior a couple of hours then feet are soaking but just general short showers are fine. Comfortable walking and better in the dry weather so buy more for comfort than waterproof..

They are comfortably suited for winter hiking: both warm and waterproof, so no worries about cold or wet feet. I used these for a first-time winter mountain hiking trip in the White Mountains, and they were more than enough for the job. They fit well with crampons and snowshoes. Even in grueling soft snow postholing conditions during April, they were solid and up to the task.

Just got these and took them snowshoeing -- they kept my feet completely dry. Nice insulation too and comfortable on the very first wear. I love them! Very excited to have a great boot for winter adventures.

Nice boot. Good support, good tread. pairs nicely with crampons. Keeps feet warm and dry in 16f weather. About to test in White Mountains for three days.

I live at 9000 ft near Bailey, Colorado. Winter weather in the mountains is as beautiful as it is at unpredictable. The Salomon Quest Winter is my "go to" boot for traction, comfort, warmth and protection from the elements. Highly recommend this for your outdoor winter adventures!

I had a pair of Salomon hikiing shoes for almost 20 years and I loved them. I bought these to replace them and they are even better!

My only complaint is that the weather in southern Oregon has been so warm and rainy. There has been very little snow for winter hikes and snowshoeing. The fit is good, and they seem warm.

This will be the 6th different Salomon boot I own. Since buying my first pair, Salomon is my go to brand. I've got thousands of trail miles on their boots and trail runners and the only complaint I can think of is that some of their hiking boots don't come with the quick lace system on their trail runners. Salomon boots fit great, they feel great, they perform on the trail great and I've had nothing but luck with durability. My primary Salomon hiking boot has over a 1000 miles of NW Cascades hiking on it and it's still waterproof and treaded. This winter boot is no different other than keeping my feet warm after 9hrs of hiking through snow.

The Quest Winter Thinsulate Climbasalomon Waterproofs I purchased a year and a half ago are still holding up strong. The most comfortable boot I have worn for extended periods. No break-in required, and still as waterproof as the day I first put them on.

I bought this a year ago. And during winter hikes my feet have not gotten cold once. I even took them out when it was 0 with 40mph winds. With some thick wool socks you can take them in cold conditions. Have not had an issue with the waterproofing since I have got them either which is nice. Granted I have only had 1.5 winters with them so we will see how next winter is.

These boots are wonderful! They're warm without making my feet sweat. They have great traction, but they're not bulky. They work great with my Altai skis and snow shoes. Best of all, they're extremely comfortable! They're almost as agile as my Speed Assault boots, but still warm and waterproof in the snow.

I bought these a month ago. I used them on walks when the air temperature was -10 and hiking in the UP of Michigan in late December. Kept my feet warm. They were also very comfortable. I highly recommend them.
