I ordered what I thought was my size however they were to large and had to exchange, however the whole process for exchange was so easy and I received the correct size and they are wonderful. Size is perfect and the fell is great.

UGG truly outdid themselves with this show. It's comfortable and very stylish! I love the fact that it doesn't look like the usual UGG boot! And the color is GREAT! I can pair that army green with soooo much! Thank you UGG!

Great wardrobe update to your basic UGG classic boot. UGG did great job changing up a great classic with this platform. True size women 7 1/2 always buy size 8 in UGG. Looking forward to wearing when weather gets cooler.

I had to return the pair I bought due to a manufacture issue, and when I went to re-buy them it says the product is unavailable. So upsetting. I loved this style so much.

These boots were the number one item on my daughter's Christmas list. They did not disappoint except they are smaller than her usual Uggs. She loves the extra height from the platform and the easy on with the zipper. Unfortunately, they are so popular that making an exchange for the next size is impossible. I ordered these back in October. Wish I had her try them on then so I might have been able to get the bigger size. Now, she's out of luck!

I purchased for my wife and she loves them

I got them a week ago and already wore them like 5-6 times. So clearly I love them but the zipper keeps coming open and that's annoying. I have to constantly stop in the middle of the street and pull the zippers up. The boots also run a little big. I would have sized down if they came in half sizes, full size down was too tight on me. Otherwise I love everything about them even the bulkiness. I call them alien boots (don't ask why).

Got these as a Christmas gift, we're back ordered forever and now they came and are too big. Still going to keep because they are cute just wish I would have known so I could have got the correct size.

The zipper is very stiff and the front of the boot is hard. Other than that amazing boot

I really like the boots but I've noticed that the new styles of uggs tend to be tight at the sides of the foot compared to the classics.

These Uggs Are Everything,They Are Very Comfortable

I absolutely love the style of this boot. The only thing I hate is the zipper. I ordered my normal size, an 8, and I find that it's hard to get the zipper up. I've been wearing them unzipped which is okay but I would actually like to wear them zipped sometimes. I honestly thought that feature would make them uncomfortable and that I would need to size up but I love how comfortable they are. Also, probably should've mentioned this in the beginning, I have the chestnut color but couldn't find them on the site to leave the review there.

For the winters days when there is lots of snow to shovel. Unfortunately the family and friends that have seen me in them, LAUGH.. they think there ugly, or they say they look like Frankenstein shoes. I. Like the way they feel.
